Our ducklings were delivered to the Waterville post office and we received a call to come pick them up if we wanted, instead of waiting another 24 hours for them to reach our post office. Since Waterville is only about 45 minutes away, we drove down to get them. It's a nice large post office with plenty of parking. Easy to find. Inside there are glass covered tables with stamp displays and other post office stuff. The post master was very nice. The ducklings all arrived safely.

Excellent service and courteous employees who 'go the extra mile' responding to all kinds of customers' needs. I've not seen better service at any other Post Office.

I filed a claim because a package I ordered overnight shipping on coming from Texas was extremely late by 5 days and no updates from shipping. I got a call almost every day from a gentleman at the Waterville post office after I filed a claim, updating me on what was going on with the package and everything he had done and would do to ensure it got to me. He was extremely nice, and genuinely working hard to get that package to me. It arrived two days later after he fixed the shipping label issue that the sender messed up. I absolutely did not expect that kind of customer service, especially from a government agency. I ship items very often as well as receive and it's comforting and reassuring that this gentleman is diligent and caring about his job and customers. Kudos to you! I wish I remembered his name

We are currently going through a huge rain storm, flooding and all. They decided to leave the Christmas presents I ordered on my front doorstep, effectivly destroying them, instead of the waterproof lockbox....

Staff are very helpful. I've always had a pleasant experience with my time at this location. All places could use a good moral boost, these guys work hard! Especially during the Holidays!

When you have a problem with a package like I did a priority mail package I paid extra for. It was supposed to be delivered in two days and it’s been almost 2 weeks. You can’t talk to anybody it’s terrible. What a bunch of losers did its job and Waterville Maine got rid of it right away it was supposed to go to New Hampshire from Waterville Maine right now. Almost 2 weeks later it’s in Jersey City New Jersey come on these were important priority packages cant deal with these people.

I applied for a Passport, went to my appointment and the 'passport agent' who also works for the Post office really does not know what the job entails. I had previously reported my passport as missing and then found it later. I completed a 'renewal' application and a 'new' application as I didn't know which would apply. She assured me I only needed to complete the 'renewal' application. I received a letter from the passport office stating that I had to complete a 'new' application and repay the fees, get a new passport pic and gather up the documents.IF she had known her job as she is SUPPOSED to, I would not have been led astray. I hope I DO not end up with her again at my appointment.When I do visit the Post office to mail, and to pick up stamps, etc, the employees at the window are helpful and I cannot say anything negative.

They like sticking other people's mail in my mailbox even though they have the same last name and you write not at this address they leave in the box where I live there's no out going box which I have suggested but they don't care
