Walmart Supercenter in Waterville, Maine, offers a positive shopping experience with a friendly staff dedicated to helping customers. Many shoppers appreciate the respect and assistance they receive, especially those with mobility challenges. The store provides fresh groceries online with options for same-day delivery and free pickup for Walmart+ members. Customers can order as often as they like without extra charges, and SNAP EBT cards are accepted. The store is clean and well-managed, with recent upgrades improving the shopping environment. However, some customers find the new layout a bit confusing and the parking lot cramped. Overall, Walmart Supercenter maintains a good atmosphere, with trained associates who handpick groceries for pick-up and a commitment to keeping shelves well-stocked.
It's Walmart...my complaint currently (3/30/26) is that they do run out of stock of A LOT of items quite often. Often enough that during every grocery trip my family takes (not on any sort of specific interval) there is something on our list we are either unable to get or have to compromise on.

Why doesn't someone unlock the entry door at 6am? I waited almost 5 minutes and I gave up and walked to the other door. Aren't both doors fire exits?

I was very disappointed because they didn't have half of what was on my list. I am very tired of being told that you can order it on line. If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't have gone to the store.
