Based on reviews, Waterville Highlander Laundry is a very clean and organized place to do laundry. The machines are in excellent condition, and customers can use a bank card or credit card for convenience. There is also a machine to buy detergent, softener, and laundry bags. However, the dryers are overpriced at 4 minutes per quarter and sometimes run cold, so it is wise to start with just a few quarters to check. The credit card machine did not work on some machines, but the change machine worked. A unique feature is the uncommonly spacious bathroom in the back. There is no longer a full time attendant.

Overall an okay place to do laundry. But when you use the dryers, start with just a couple quarters to be sure it's heating properly. I've wasted time and more than a few quarters on dryers running cold.

Typically very clean. Dryers are 4 mins a quarter which seems very over priced, especially when it takes 35 to 40 mins to dry a load

This place is very clean and organized. When I first got here I didn't see there was a soap and bleach machine! You can buy Detergent and softener and even laundry bags here. Neat!
