I just had THE WORST experience at your drive through. Your employee at the window seriously lacked customer service skills. It took 10 minutes to even address the fact that we were at the window despite the fact that I’d pressed the button several times. I gave her the date of birth-then she asked for it again. I said,” I just gave you that…” and she completely lost all professionalism. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and a woman wearing a hoodie with another companies logo with messy hair comes up - she looked like she just woke up-comes to the window and I ask-are you the manager!? She becomes upset with the question and just walks away without telling me what is going on. Then the pharmacist comes to the window, asks me what the issue is. I explain and he tells me there’s an issue with the HVAC and that’s why the manager looked the way she did. This was a terrible customer experience overall and I will be telling folks to stay away from this place.
