Nice owners, however the girl who checked us in is not well suited for the position, as she isn't very friendly and doesn't speak lound enough to be heard. The rooms have been updated with mostly copious amounts of flat white paint. The front door stuck badly and was difficult to get it opened and the coffee maker is old school motel style and barely made an 8 ounce cup.However we appreciated that it was clean and cozy and air-conditioned☺️

The bathroom was nicely remodeled and the room was decent with comfortable beds. The biggest issue was the sewage smell that came when the bathroom fan was turned on, no idea where the smell came from as the bathroom seemed fine. Also the deadbolt on the front door didnt work. Overall a good stay, but if you come on Jamaican independence day just be aware there may be loud music with a lot of bass for several hours for their employee party near the pool. The music didn't interfere with sleep as it was turned off by about 8pm.

Location is great for trip to wells/ogunquit. Across the street is a grocery store for quick trip. They have a pool ( closes at 7pm). The rooms have microwave, mini fridge, and TV (small). They have been some renovations since the owners acquired the inn a couple years ago but they state there will be more. These rooms are good as most of your fun will be outside of the room anyhow. The beds were soft. Enjoy the charm of the inn.

Great value for the money. The heated pool was fantastic, even had a walk in ramp instead of stairs. Has a grill, picnic table and table and Adirondack chairs under a canopy.

I stayed here for 1 night and loved it. The staff, especially Damika (Hopefully I didn't misspell her name) was really nice and accommodating! The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The only thing I found that needs attention was the shower because when I used it there was not a lot of water pressure as most of the water was coming out of the faucet and not the shower head but I managed. There was coffee but no tea bag so it was a good thing I brought my own The air conditioning worked great. It was a plus that a microwave and refrigerator was supplied as I had to use both of them. Plenty of plugs were available to charge my devices and the free wifi worked great It was also very quiet here! I also would like to suggest the Maine Diner which is located about 3 miles away which I think is owned by the same family that owns the hotel. We had breakfast there and it was really great and very affordable. The place was very busy when we visited. Will be back next summer for a longer stay.

We stayed in cottage 9 this past weekend and it was so cute! Small but fit my husband and me just fine. I only gave 4 stars due to the bathroom. The shower was very tiny and not constructed well, could use updating. Other than that it was very cute and cozy, close to everything. Staff was super nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in cottage 9 my wife and I for a weekend vacation it was really homey the only problem I have is the shower it took so long for the water to get hot and the pressure was non existent, but other than that it was a pleasant getaway in Maine.

My wife and I were on a business trip to Wells for the weekend. We very delighted with the service we received at the office, and the cleanliness of the room. The decor of the room was decked out in a nautical feel, as well as it should be, as being only a mile or so from the beach. Will definitely be returning to enjoy some couples time.

The rooms were alright, I had to wait 10 minutes for warm water. The bathroom was old and the shower was a little broken. The overall room was very small. They falsely advertised a fire pit. And you get what you pay for.

Needs a little work, but friendly service makes up for a lot.
Rooms: Plenty of room, but outdated. Bathroom is tiny. Needs a shelf to hold toiletries and another towel bar or ring. Towels stacked on toilet. No where to put anything.
Table and chairs helped, but no place to plug anything major in. Needs more USB availability.
Needs a step at entry. Short legs and disabled. Difficult.
Pool towels available in office.
New owner. Shared my list with them.
Overall great service. Only complaints were physical plant.
Will book again.

First time staying here and I must say it was a delight!Check In/Out very easy. Desk staff so friendly.The rooms have clearly been updated recently.Brand new AC.Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.The beds were super comfy! (4 pillows and a throw pillow on each bed was a HUGE plus. I travel a lot for work and this minor detail was nice)Grounds were immaculately clean.Pool, cornhole and I believe a grill for common use.Area is convenient to food, shopping, beaches etc.There's a park about 6 minutes away with a waterfall (small) and some cool history.Would HIGHLY recommend.

The rooms are alright. They did an effort for the decoration. It looks freshly painted. The AC units are new. They have cute accessories. It's nice.However, the bathroom is cleanish. There is a bit of a residue in the tub. The sink and toilet were clean.The wifi is not great. It cuts in and out frequently.There is a lot of parking. The location is great. It's near many restaurants, a grocery store, a drug store, etc. We're minutes away from the beach.Overall it is alright. It's not amazing but it's not terrible either. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, but there was no place to put anything in the bathroom. No cabinet or shelves, not even a hook on the back of the door. Also no mirror over the dresser which made it very difficult for two people to get ready to go out.
