The pharmacy staff at the Wells, Maine CVS is very helpful and accommodating. They are always pleasant no matter how busy they are. They are great embassadors for the CVS chain.

Worst cvs I've ever been to. They had my prescription all day but it wasn't started until I went in to pick it up in eve. They told me to come back in half an hour and that they were a week behind. I noticed everyone in line was told same which leads me to believe they don't even start to fill a script until you come in to pick it up. Worse yet there is no way you can call in to see if it is ready and speak to a person, you can only leave a message. I left a message asking them to text me with updates but I never got any. A pharmacy that allows needed prescriptions lie unfilled is just dangerous. Too bad they put all the small pharmacies out of business.

Unsafe and dangerously unprofessional- CVS was contacted directly by my doctor to refill my RX ( no changes in over 2 years) they filled one I don’t physically need but refuse to fill my necessary medication. Nobody will explain why they just blame it on insurance even though I need it and will pay cash. I called my doctor the next day and had it sent to another pharmacy- I’m still unable to fill it because they falsely reported I filled it there

Pharmacy hung up on us because they wouldn’t initiate a call to our doctor to change a dosage. Hospital told us we needed to call CVS, the pharmacy told us we need to call our doctor, and this went back and forth.

CVS savexx DC me money with every purchase. If you use their coupon system and extra bucks you can often cut your purchases price in half.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this CVS in Wells, ME. What professionals they are. I had a horrible experience the day before with another pharmacy. Had to call my dr to have a prescription redone and sent to CVS. Please note I am from California. When I contacted the CVS about 10 minutes later they informed me that they had the prescription, asked a few questions to make a profile for me, and then informed me the prescription would be ready within the hour. I cannot tell you how grateful I was for such professionalism, especially after my experience with the one down the street. I had covid and needed the Paxlovid. The other pharmacy lied to me, and never could fill the prescription. CVS just handled it like it was a priority to them. I will always use CVS pharmacies in the future. Thank you, Wells CVS for your assistance, professionalism and caring demeanor.

We went to drop off an Amazon return. Amazon states this a no box drop off. It seems all Amazon returns DO need to be boxed at this location. The CVS clerk was not interested in alerting anyone on his side to change the status on Amazon. Hope to save someone some time with this review.
