Professional phone skills. Very detailed information for first time renter. Pleasant and most Helpful. Storage unit location perfect for easy mover pick up located at Maine Turnpike exit 19. A 10' by 20' unit fit everything. Nice and clean, NO issues animal visitors. Easy combination access to front gait, open for many hours. Cathy was very helpful with closing out account information. Pleasant and polite. Highly recommend their facility.

I stored my travel trailer here for the summer season. The facility is fine. They finally did update the gate control to give everyone their own personal gate code. This is a big improvement in security over past practice. My only real complaint is that they nearly doubled my monthly rent after my second month and did so with no notice at all. This is not the first time this has happened. So, if you are signing up with extra space online, don't be fooled into thinking the rate you're given is in any way permanent.

Sometimes what you think is a better situation is not the case. I tried another facility and after 5 months it didn’t meet my needs. I went back here and was able to get a long term fixed rate at a reasonable price. Was treated with respect and was welcomed back with enthusiasm. I am more than satisfied with the way this process turned out! Thank you!!!!!

Made reservation on 800 number, reservation was easy but clerk gave me wrong info post introductory price. Personnel at the Wells location were all very knowledgeable and friendly!

Suzanne was extremely helpful in reserving a 10x15 unit for one year and, then, downsizing to a 10x10 the next. The facility was very clean, climate-controlled, and protected. My furniture may stay here for a while since I’m so satisfied.
