Beautiful views but pricey. Grounds clean and maintained. All no smoking rooms and balconies . ( which is fine). Second floor hall carpet was pretty disgusting. Dirty and soiled.

Wonderful spot. Everything you need right there or just down the street. If you have an ocean front room, you cannot get any closer to ocean. Kept our slider open all night to listen to waves. The staff was all just wonderful.
