It's painful to write this because I appreciate the help of the staff at the front desk but I must be honest about thr state of the room. The room was musty and humid and the AC was more like a swamp cooler. The AC seemed to make the bedding wet. We woke up feeling exhausted and my partner was coughing. It seems like there was mold.

The room smelled like mold, our feet were black from walking across the floor, the shower was horrible, the pool was cloudy, had dead mouse floating in it, they we removed. The location was great but would never stay here again

The pictures don’t tell the real story!!! The whole place is extremely outdated and needs a complete renovation!! The floor was cheaply fixed with screws coming up! They had to replace the A/C and the new one doesn’t work very well!! Bathroom fan was missing and could not be replaced while we were there!! The staff was very helpful but the condition of the property was in disrepair!! Pictures don’t tell the real story. The whole place is extremely outdated and needs a complete renovation!! I could see the value in the property but it would take a huge number to renovate!!

We always stayed here in the past with our children. Very clean yard kept up pool always crystal clear with umbrellas to enjoy sitting at the pool. There use to be a dimple continental breakfast and kitchen that had utensils if you wanted to use the grill.
NOT ANYMORE!!!! Pool was lean but not sparkling like before. No umbrellas. Weeds everywhere. Nothing is kept up.
I will say the beds were comfortable. But everything like lampshades were disgusting. The room had an awful odor. I bought Air freshener and window open during the day. Air conditioner could go on and off all night. Nothing worked consistently.
Another issue Mosquitoes. Even during the day. They need to spray the property.
I wanted to say something when we left but the office was closed.
Never again will we stay here or recommend.
The flashing lights at the office very tacky.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was horrible very disappointed for the amount of money that I paid.

Unkempt. Cigarette buts litter grounds, bird crap litters seating area outside room. Walls very thin. Unlandscaped not tidy furniture very outdated

Rooms are horrible. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchette but only had 1 spoon for 3 people. Shower was broken and the bathtub didnt drain. Went to take a wash cloth off the rack and the entire rack came off the wall because it wasnt screwed into anything, just a screw holding on in a big hole. The AC unit didnt work properly and the room was hot and sticky. The lamp you have to turn on is broken, the light fixture itself isnt fastened to anything and hangs there. Would never wish this place on anyone. Good luck

Not terrible for the price. Spiders in the corners of room. Bathroom was a bit rusty and outdated but the room itself was great. Bed is ok. Other than the spiders it was clean.

Old and poorly renovated. Nice people run it but its nothing special. Ac's work great. Bed are comfy. Linens are cozy. Furniture is update but bathrooms are old. Centrally located near regular shopping and beachs are close.

My fiancé and I stayed one night over the fourth of July weekend. First off, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was mold in the corners of the wall in the bathroom/ceiling and smelled strongly like mold. The shower had not been cleaned out prior to us getting there due to there being hair from previous people who were staying there. There was also dusty spider webs above the bed and mosquitoes swarming in the room. The staff (that we had seen was nice) but would not stay again due to lack of cleanliness. The photos that were posted on “booking.com” do not match what was shown in real life.

The rooms were clean from what I seen and the air conditioner smelt weirdly good. Didnt smell musty or moldy so that was a plus. The beds were comfy and floors were clean. We stayed one night so i dont have much to say i guess. Spots nice love the pool. I like how they have basketball courts and tennis courts + the fireplace.

Staff is polite. Rooms smell & look clean: SUCH A RELIEF. The only thing I'd say is that they should get better locks on the door & to have a second garbage can in the bathroom instead of the little paper bags. Other than that, I highly recommend this spot!
