Tim and Cam were very professional. Said what they would do and delivered so much more. He was honest about what should be done and what did not have to be done.
Extremely grateful they were able to take care of our chimney where they poured a new crown, repointed a stone chimney and installed a custom rain cap.

We had a great experience with Pennell's Masonry rebuilding our chimney. They were scheduling far out, but remained communicative throughout the waiting period. The project was finished within the week and our chimney looks great, and no longer leaks. Everyone on the job site was kind and courteous, and the price very reasonable.

We have used Tim twice. Once in our old house for chimney work needed for a new boiler, and in our current house for a hearth. Tim was up front with us concerning what he works with for material. They did put in the hearth floor, chimney and did the prep work for the wall. My biggest concern was safety and it being to Code. That is their concern too. Super happy with the end result. Thank you!

Promptly came over to examine my request for some hearthwork to be done. Don't think they knew exactly what I wanted & I am still awaiting an estimate I doubt will come. After explaining to them in depth what I wanted, they both had look on face Ike they had no idea what I wanted. I will add more if I do get an estimate which I highly doubt, waste of time w/ this company I'm afraid.

First, I'm sure Tim does do great work, he was well recommended before we chose to go with him for our chimney repair. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend him due to all of the challenges we had just trying to get him to our house for the job. The quotes we received were consistently inaccurate to what we described verbally as needing to be done. He scheduled way out, which I guess is understandable at certain times of the year but most frustrating were the multiple "no-shows" for scheduled appointment start dates. One of the no-shows was for a start date we had scheduled nine months before and were eagerly anticipating. Repeatedly, I had taken days off of work to make sure I was home for his arrival. Very frustrating to say the least! When I finally let him know we were thinking about going with someone else after all of the challenges, he was unapologetic, abrupt, and dismissive. Again, I have no doubt he does good work, and I have nothing against him as a person, my issues lie with how he runs his business. That is why I cannot recommend him. Good luck if you do go with him.
