Dealerships encourage you to have them service your vehicle. That way they can keep tabs on you, present opportunities to sell you another car, and to make money selling you their services. Local shops are interested in two things, maintaining and repairing your vehicle. Pine State Garage is a perfect example of this. When we moved to Wells twenty two years ago I had an issue with my Jeep. I brought it to Pine State and they could have sold me a whole new exhaust system but a new clamp and a couple of screws took care of the problem. Since then I regularly go to Pine State for my service. You make an appointment, they give you a fair estimate, promise to let you know if there are any extraordinary issues, call you for your decision and do only what is necessary to fix the problem. I have never felt pressure to have something done. I have always felt I’ve been treated professionally and honestly. I highly recommend Pine State Garage to fairly assess, maintain and repair my car.

The folks at Pine State Garage were outstanding to deal with! They took my vehicle right in and got new tires ordered and put on in a single day! Beverly was excellent to deal with and everyone was extremely friendly. Sure, I could have saved a few bucks going to a big box store, but I never would gotten the same outstanding service! Everything was explained and the final printed report was very in depth. I highly recommend them!
