R&R Chocolate is a wonderful hidden gem and bistro, tucked away in the Hannaford plaza in Wells. It is a combination chocolate shop, wine shop, bakery, cafe, and sandwich shop with an eclectic offering. The small but tremendous sandwich menu is better than most in the area, featuring excellent, delicious, and top shelf options like the roast beef ciabatta, the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich, and the Captain Jack Italian special, which is an A+ choice. Sandwiches are made fresh to order, nicely portioned, and are considered some of the best in the area. The business is also experts with chocolate and offers loads of other treasures, including excellent desserts like cannoli. They provide a decent cup of coffee and flavored coffee drinks, along with a retail wine selection and sometimes free wine tasting. The service is very friendly and very good, if not always the fastest. The quaint little building has a clean kitchen and a cozy seating area with a few tables, making it a good spot for both takeout and dine-in. This little hidden treasure is one of Wells' best kept secrets and a home run for the area, definitely worth a visit.

Great people, great sandwiches, and experts with chocolat. One of Wells' best kept secreta tucked away in Well Plaza in my old Ocean Bank branch. Highly recommend the Thanksgiving Sandwich. A little bit of the North End hear in Vacationland.

Very cool bakery spot! Had some really great cupcake options. I would give this bakery a fifth star, but I called the following day to order a birthday cake and did not receive a return call. We will be back! Thank you.
