The beds are droopy the linens are cheap the room was slanted the rug was filthy and there was no regular service. You have to ask for towels and garbage pickup. The coffee was like motor oil. I would not in good conscience recommend this place.

Well… the front door to get in was locked with a dead bolt and we knocked for 20 minutes. Someone came and let us in and checked Us in after that. We get the key go to the room… open the door the entire room is so slanted I put my Stanley on the table and it fell to the floor sliding on the heavily uneven floor we had to ask for books to place under the feet to make the table level due to how bad the floor was. The shower is a hazard I almost fell because the shower/tub is higher than the floor in the bathroom by a few
Inches without any grab bars and stepping down when it looks like a normal height from the floor but it’s not. The room is atrocious the carpet is like a crime scene the beds feel like they are from the 70’s and the place hasn’t been upkept or even dusted since then… my aunt and I started sneezing 5 minutes into entering the room so I decided let’s check the ac filter and wow…hasn’t been cleaned in probably 3 years it’s so bad. I cleaned and still woke up feeling sick with a sore throat and she as well the next day. The location is great the parking lot is as crooked as the building but this place absolutely is over priced, motel 6 is way higher quality and cleaner than this place. The front desk has someone one day and we only got fresh towels they never took the old ones or took the garbage I think this place is majorly mismanaged and needs an investor buyout at this point.

Looked for a lower end room to stay for a quick overnight visit, should have looked further, much better options available.
Room was downgraded and no window, no 2nd means of egress.
Dark, dingy and disgusting. Little black “things” on sheets that smudged…hopefully not “bed bugs” !!!!! Debated if we should stay overnight. Smoke detector started beeping at 7:45 am, no hot water for showers. Front desk not always available, call number for “extreme” emergency only. TV and a/c did work fine.

Looks nothing at all like the images on the website. Old decor. Could use updating. Carpet needed vacuuming in the worst way - tried to not walk around without shoes. Refrigerator still had previous occupants' stuff in it. When I entered the room, the patio door to the outside was open and unlocked. Lots of inattentiveness in cleaning. That aside, the check-in process was fine. The bathroom was clean. Bedding was generally clean and comfortable. My experience wasn't as bad as some reviews, but a little more care by the staff would go a long way.

DO NOT book with these people. They own multiple properties across platforms and scammed me. They cancelled a reservation for a large party of people just two weeks before, prioritizing a higher bidder. They have fake business names and rude customer service. Appalled.

Never even made it to the property but have had an extremely unpleasant time dealing with Beach Rose Inn. I reserved a room on Expedia, which was reserve now and pay at the hotel at the time of your visit with cancellation available up until the trip. My family had to urgently move apartments and with having a toddler life got away from me so I reached out a week before the trip to just change the dates, not even cancel. Expedia tried to charge me $213 to just change the dates. I chatted into an agent who told me they’d reach out to the property directly to get it situated for me. Well, the property refused and wants to charge me $213 for them changing their cancel by date through Expedia with no notice. They lack empathy and only care about raking people over the coals for money they’re not entitled to. I do not recommend booking with this inn. Very cruddy customer service.

I've traveled the world and I've never experienced a situation like the one I had at the Beach Rose Inn. The property didn't have anyone on-site (staff or guest) and to try to have a conversation with two people (in what sounded like a call center) via a Ring camera next to the highway was nearly impossible; them asking me to show my credit card number was a red flag.
Had this been my first Airbnb experience, I'd never use the service / app again. Shady business practices by this property.
Women and solo travelers BE WARNED!

Yikes - got our rooms wrong, refused any form of refund, and there was no one at the desk during the allotted check-in hours. Really awful experience.

Website says it is $66 for the night. I clicked the button to reserve the room, and that is when it said I was agreeing to $140+. This was due to extra fees. They will not refund money so I could go somewhere else. Beware!

We didn't had any hot water and there was no wifi. There's no one at the lobby after 7 pm to help... We had such a bad experience and I will not recommended. Keep in mind that there's no refund possible!

At least it's cheap. Rooms are clean, but the decor is from the 80s, which kind of gives the place a retro charm. Checking in is a nightmare, and they will try to charge you $30 if you check in even 20 minutes early. The internet is slow, and the plumbing is awful. The toilet is cracked, and the shower is either way too hot or way too cold. The beds are comfy though 😌

Not bad at all. Quaint. Cute location. Hard to go wrong here, though. Overall not top tier, but a great place to crash on a whim for the night. AC worked well, cute wraparound porch, but got no briefing on the wifi. Laura is amazing and helpful.

Location is good alright, close to many amenities. Service was absolutely horrendous. We felt very unwelcoming. I could look beyond that but the rooms were very dirty and uncomfortable. The door didn’t lock properly so we had tons of stray light at night. The entire place felt like it needs a major upgrade. Better to spend the night elsewhere

A lovely Inn with small rooms that was clean good condition. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. A microwave and coffee available in the lobby.
