This place is freaking awesome. Went tubbing over the summer and the dead release was open. So much fun. What was meant to be a relaxing tubbing trip ending up being a mini white water rafting adventure. It was faster than normal because of the dead release. It made it fun and exciting but I think even at normal speed I still would’ve had fun. Wish I went with other people but still it was amazing. I met some awesome new people and we floated down the river together till we eventually disconnected. Still though how fun.

Bathrooms and showers were clean. Some camping in Sun and others in the shade. Bunkhouses available.

My friend and I did two nights in a Bunkhouse (Friday - Sunday) and white water rafting on Saturday. It was awesome. The food after the ride was delicious, the guides were fun and engaging, and the bunkhouse was conveniently located near the restrooms.
Having gone twice now, our guides Luke and Parker were both amazing! I recommend Threerivers to all my friends and coworkers!

Last Saturday, our group had the thrill of rafting the Dead River with Three Rivers Rafting Company, and it was an absolute blast! Our guide and company owner, Jimmy, was phenomenal - his expertise and enthusiasm for rafting made the experience truly unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived, Jimmy and his team ensured we were well-prepared and equipped for the adventure. The safety briefing was thorough, and the equipment was top-notch.
On the river, Jimmy's knowledge of the Dead River's twists and turns was impressive. He navigated us through exhilarating rapids and serene stretches, sharing fascinating stories about the river's history and wildlife ( ask him about the ducks) His infectious energy kept us laughing and paddling throughout.
The scenery was breathtaking, and Jimmy pointed out hidden gems we wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The lunch break was well-organized, and the food was delicious.
We can't wait to return and explore other rivers with Jimmy and his team next season!

White water rafting here was a great experience! Our tour guide Murph was super friendly and we felt safe with him the entire trip! He even gave us jackets since it was a colder day out on the river and some of us were not dressed accordingly. Such a great experience, beautiful views and pretty intense rapids! Thank you Murph and three rivers for a great time!

What an Epic time at Three Rivers Whitewater Rafting! Myself and my wife highly recommend our river guide Jake L.!! He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about everyone in the boat. The whole experience from the introduction meeting, river trip (Highwater on Kennebec 9/21/24), and the abundant and delicious lunch far surpassed our expectations. Do yourself a favor and just book a trip with Jake L. and Three Rivers, and you won't regret it.

Murph was a fantastic guide, had a ton of great stories and was really knowledgeable about the river features. The rafting was excellent at 5k CFS and I can only imagine it gets better at high flows! The food right after is seasoned with the world's best spice, hunger, but it stands up even if you haven't just rafted for 2-3 hours. For some reason this is listed as a hotel, so the rooms were spacious, but a little wet

It was my first time whitewater rafting and I was pretty anxious about it. But the staff weee all friendly and helpful, from serving breakfast with a smile, to giving clothing advice, to getting to know us a bit before we hit the water. Our guide Connor was outstanding. He made sure to check in with me throughout, and literally saved my butt from being washed out of the raft. I went from anxious to being ready to go back to try it again. Great lunch afterwards. My only suggestion would be to add electric to the campsites. Thanks, Three Rivers! We’ll be back!

Went rafting with Charlie, my guide, down the Kennebec river, Saturday the 4th of September. It was my first time and he made everything go so smoothly. He was very attentive to everyone as well. Thank you so much for being a great guide ☺️

I had an incredible experience with Three Rivers Whitewater Rafting on the Dead River trip this past Sunday. The day was made unforgettable by our guide, Will, who was an absolute standout. He was unbelievably knowledgeable, ensuring our safety at every turn while still making the trip thrilling and fun. Will struck the perfect balance between professionalism and excitement, guiding us through some of the most exhilarating rapids and paths. He truly made our rafting trip as fantastic as it was. Nothing but great things to say about Will and the entire company. The cabin was phenomenal as was the gift shop and their restaurant at night. Highly recommend!

had a great time at three rivers the rafting was great the staff and guide fun and professional definitely going back next year. My group had Ellery as our guide she was super friendly and knowledgeable about the river. Ellery did a great job explaining all the rafting rules and made our trip very enjoyable. This year was our third year in a row rafting at three Rivers we had a great time.Thank you Three Rivers!
