Tyree, at the west paris store, is absolutely delightful. Dude should be training everyone on customer service. If i had a bad day and I see him at the store, he's always got the most uplifting energy! His attitude inspires me to want to treat people better. Just wanted to drop a note of appreciation, as he always makes my experience there great. Thanks homie!!

I've never had worse service e than the store in West Paris Maine. The old cashier lady is the rudest person in the world when you ask for help finding anything. The cash register has been broken for a week now and the store won't accept cash only debit or credit cards. It's an absolute headache dealing with this particular store at all. And it's the only store in town so there is no choice but to put up with the crotchety old hag!!!

There are a couple older woman who work there that are extremely unpleasant. One is a manager. I always feel very disrespected when shopping when they are working. I now old go when the unger gentleman are working or couple of the younger woman. It's a extremely different shopping experience without them there. There is however one gentleman there thay deserves a to be the manager or atleast a rais. His work ethics and how he handles even a full store with a backed up line are incredible for such a young man. Never shows disrespect like the other older woman do when stressed.

Nice friendly staff, but the shelves are always out of stock of common items. They dont hire enough staff and expect the employees to run the register, stock the shelves and manage the store all at the same time. I blame DG corporate for the way they understaff the stores. Certain things like Welchs single drink mix and others in that section haven't been restocked in months! Lots of other common items I get are hit or miss when they will be on the shelf next. Clover Valley chips stocked 30% of the time. Lots of empty spots on the shelves. It's too bad. I try to support this store because it is close by but now I dread going there because so many things will be not be on shelves.

This store is consistently the dirtiest store in the region dust cobwebs and just built up dirt on shelves and products. I went in today, the men's room was out of order, the ladies room door doesnt latch, so it does lock. The water cooler, out of order. Both self checkout terminals out of order, and have been for over a week. Its the only thing bigger than a quickie Mart in the area so they get away with a dumpy store and employees who take more smoke breaks than anything. And can we please get rid of the Ebola/herpes/covid cover pink chew toy that they expect a customer to squeeze when they can't find an employee?
There is one employee who usually works nights, male mid twenties, he's a good worker and always a good attitude.

This was THE BEST Dollar General I have ever been in. Everything was neat, tidy, the shelves were filled and well organized, and the staff was freaking amazeballs! So incredibly helpful.

Nice place to stop! Staff were friendly, Dollar General has a great selection of items at pretty decent price points.
