“This place is amazing for anyone looking for a hand made gift (or gifts!) for that special someone! I took my wife here back around Christmas time and knew right then I was going to have to come right back with my daughter, which I did! They both found a few “must haves” and went crazy for the homemade lip balms. But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of the amazingly friendly and helpful service that I received on 2/7! I wish I remembered the lovely woman’s name, but unfortunately I’m terrible with names! Long story short, one of my wife’s “must haves” was a little saucer looking thing with little tooth like things on the bottom for mincing garlic! Unfortunately after just one use, it was knocked off the counter and landed right on the dog’s metal water bowl, braking it to pieces! She was very upset! So I called and the woman i spoke with was more than helpful and we got a new one ordered (along with more lip balms!) and was assured it would arrive before Valentine’s Day so I could add it with her care package that I was assembling. I make her one every year and she’s going to be stoked to see this in there! Thanks again and to anyone reading this, please shop local and help keep these amazing stores open!”
