I had seen really bad reviews and was nervous however I think it really depends on what team comes to your house. Frank and Howie were the team that came to install a microwave at our house and they did a FANTASTIC job. They were polite on the phone, knowledgeable upon arrival and during installation. They were friendly and wanted to be sure we were pleased with how everything was completed. I hope their supervisor sees this because they deserve recognition for their good service.

The Driver who picked me up this morning I think her name was ***** was incredible and some kind of wonderful and that doesn't even begin how great this Driver was. She was kind patient understanding supportive and everything or anything or positive used to describe her. I text this company Atlantic Transportation and recommended the she be rewarded and given a raise in pay immediately. She was one of the best Drivers and experienced that words can not describe others then she absolutely incredible and absolutely the Best Driver that I had the pleasure and experience of her company, incredible communication skills and support.Thank You so much ***** and May *** Bless You.Thank You Very Respectfully *******************

Just canceled a $3,700 order from Home Depot in Auburn because the delivery crew from Atlantic Transport Systems never showed up. When we inquired why the representative for the company said the crew knocked and phoned us. My wife and I both took time off to be home and absolutely did not receive delivery or call. We were told we could reschedule delivery for May 13. No thanks. The profound lack of honesty,integrity, and professionalism is both breathtaking and infuriating. Judging by the litany ofcomplaints logged in reviews this moral deficiency is company-wide and rampant. I suppose I should consider myself lucky these knuckle-dragging idiots never entered our home.

The absolute worst (I wish 0 was an option). Delivered the wrong stove and then did nothing to make it right. Have to start over with Home Depot and get another one ordered. Cut the drain line on the dishwasher they installed so now I need to get replacement parts and install it myself. At no point were they helpful or even seemed to care that it has taken 7 delivery attempts and 3 months for me to still not have a set of 4 appliances.

Had an appliance delivery 4/26/22 scheduled and everything came but my refrigerator. The drivers said they loaded the wrong one on truck and now I am playing phone tag with ATS and they are telling me they are trying to locate my item.... I have already paid well over $5,000 for the stuff I ordered and have plumbers scheduled but do not have my item I need. They seem to not be in a hurry at all to locate my item so I am stuck waiting for a call back to see when they locate it. Horrible customer service

Awful, awful, awful. Did I say awful? Red tape, finger pointing, poor communication. The first delivery date was scheduled for early February. It's now April. "It's on the truck?" Really? We still have no stove, and apologies have become lip service. We've never experienced anything like this, over and over again.

While listening to music on headphones, the delivery guy overtightened the water inlet hose and broke the plastic part in the washer. Now cannot use a $1500 machine. He never said anything about it and I found out when I first tried to use.

Full suite of appliances ordered from Home Depot on Black Friday that we’ve waited months for! The first delivery date the driver refused to do installations due to an injury. We had already taken time off from work and were awaiting the delivery when we were notified so this was inconvenient but understandable so we rescheduled. Second delivery date we waited at the house(a new construction without heat) for HOURS and no one came. An hour past our delivery window the phone rang once, not even long enough for me to answer the phone in my hand. I attempted to call the number back repeatedly, and called Atlantic transport and there was no answer. Attempted to call delivery helplines and they were unable to reach the company either. Called Home Depot and they informed us the company reported being unable to reach us and canceled the delivery. Our appliances that we ordered THREE MONTHS AGO are going to be restocked and we’ll be refunded... eventually? We waited in the freezing rain for two hours after the end of our delivery window unable to reach anyone at this company. This has cost us a lot of time and money, I was in tears on the phone trying to understand what was going on and why we couldn’t reach them. I’ve never had such a meaninglessly awful experience with any company!UPDATE; Charles from Somersworth Home Depot was AMAZING and really got on this for our sake. He was very proactive dealing with the transport company and even got us a more convenient time window so our appliances WERE delivered the following attempt two weeks later. We then had the “best” delivery driver Connor. Unfortunately the dishwashers bottom was smashed and our contractors said the driver knew when he left it. The dryer door was broken and latch needed replacement, fridge ice maker hinge was broken, and the microwave was dented on the side and needed to be repaired to run. Who knows what other damage we’ll discover, all of which we contribute to Atlantic Transport. Officially the worst delivery company ever.

If you go through Home Depot make sure ATS is not responsible for delivery.We ordered a dishwasher 2 months ago, on the first attempted delivery they robo called to confirm the day before then no-call no-showed. There is no way at all to get a hold of trucks through ATS or Home Depot on the weekends.I had to reschedule with Home Depot, due to ATS scheduling, I had to wait an entire delivery period (3 weeks) to take another swing at things.Rounds 2, ATS showed up without the parts to do the job, 1 hour after their 4 hour delivery window (we were only 2nd in line). They said they could drop the dishwasher off, but we would have to wait for installation.Needless to say I will never do business with a company that uses ATS. I hope Home Depot who have been fantastic through can cut themselves from this parasitic relationship with ATS.

65 cartons of kitchen cabinets delivered perfectly. Connor was the lead man and the cred did an outstanding job of delivering. Leah at the office is great. We couldn't be happier with the job Atlantic Transport Systems did for us. THANK YOU !!!

It sounds like many others, if I could give 0 stars I would. I still don't have my dryer delivered. After 3 attempts. 1st attempt: Two guys arrive 2 hours later than their delivery time window with no call ahead. They're verbally fighting in the driveway, but manage to deliver the washer and 2 pedestals. The dryer is "lost" however and the driver had no clue. Excuse me, don't you pay attention to what is loaded on your truck? 2nd attempt: Dryer wasn't strapped down in the truck and got seriously crunched. Same driver as first attempt tells me he has no idea how that could have happened because it was secured. Dude, I watched from inside the house as you opened the back of the truck and saw it stationary at a 40 degree angle in the middle of the floor of the truck. You didn't know you had a machine flying around the back on bumpy forest roads? 3rd attempt: I get the 1-5pm delivery window 2 days in advance and the start is during a doctors appointment I have. Someone in the ATS office said to call them before my doc appointment to see where the truck is at and if I need to reschedule. I do just that and she puts me on hold while calling the driver (wish I knew if she actually did). "He's on his way to the stop before you which is just a dishwasher so he should be to your place in an hour. He will call on his way." Great news! 4:30pm and I've not heard a single word. Check the cameras on the house to see if he did a roll by? Nope. Call and the offices close at 4pm. Closed all weekend. At this point I'm livid. We will see how this resolves, but I worked for a furniture company and dealt with deliveries of our products for 8 years and this bs never would've flown. I cannot believe ATS. Disgusting. Their management should all be fired and then do a clean sweep of the staff of this company.
