Due to the high level of customer service and patience that Aurora had with my daughter and I, I felt the need to share this experience with others. When my teen daughter and I came in to transfer her like from one phone to another,l, Aurora was more then helpful. She was quick with a smile and kind word, even when we were not following her very simple instructions. (It’s me. I’m the problem with technology.) Aurora made sure that everything was done properly and through the right channels. Due to now being able to know that when I come into get help, even though my purchase was minimal, I will still be given the best service. It is the qualities that Aurora has as a kind and compassionate attitude that will only continue to contribute to the growth of your location where she is employed. I will definitely be back when I need a new phone. Thank you!

Had some questions about our bill and John Paul was amazing! He answered all of my questions and I left with greater understanding than coming in. We went to get my husbands phone at a different location in Portland and we will never do such a thing again. This is the only location we will come too. Convenience is nice, but knowledge and client experience overcomes it all!Thank you and the team at this location!

Aurora could not be bothered with my phone issue and was annoyed when she had to get up from her chair to assist with paying my bill I know help is hard to find right now but wow, I’ll be sticking with the MarginalWay store from now on.

I went a couple of days ago with a pretty specific idea of what type of phone I wanted and need to remain on my economical plan. Manager JP was very helpful and listened to my needs rather than try to upsell me. And even though every transfer is now more easily done with Transfer apps he started the process for me and walked me though further questions without making me feel like a dinosaur. I also listened to him help other customers while my phone was doing it's thing and he was just as helpful and knowledgeable with them. At one point a few customers were waiting and he was the only person on but he made sure to acknowledge them and promise to help them as soon as he could. This type of genuine service and support has gone by the wayside with many retailers these days and it was refreshing to experience this during what can be a stressful time (switching phones, wondering if you are getting what you need, etc). Thank you JP!

I bought a new phone as a gift for my husband at another AT&T store, I wish I had come here first! The phone wasn't set up correctly and the service rep wasn't at all helpful, so I decided to try my luck at the Westbrook store. I couldn't believe the difference in customer service. We were greeted immediately by JP Morin when we walked in and even though he was busy with other customers he assured us that he could help us. He quickly assessed the issue and was able to get the phone up and running for us, even while also helping other customers. The process was lengthy since he had to reset the phone back to factory settings before he could complete the transfer, but he remained positive and cordial throughout the entire process. JP is extremely knowledgeable and certainly knows how to deliver superior customer service.

Hey, I thought it was great customer service from Jason H. Especially since as soon as I walked in the store Jason was helping a customer yet he greeted me. Then about 6 other customers walked in and I could tell that he he had to quickly change gears. I truly feel like Jason was very helpful , and good at giving everyone the attention they needed.
