Purchased a used Cadillac from Bill Dodge. The sales person who worked with us, Dakota Waterman was excellent. The process was easy and he assisted us through every step on the way. As an older couple who are not up to speed on the intrcacies of the internet etc he prorivided us the info in a manner that we felt very comfortable with. The car was beautiful when delivered and I would give Bill Dodge a 5 star rating for their help and customer service. As a former customer service Director/Manager for a fortune 500 aerospace corporation I really appreciate great service when I see it. Thanks again to Dakota and the whole Bill Dodge team.

To start off I purchased a Cadillac Escalade in Tampa Florida, come to find out on my drive home to Maine I had problems with the veichle although the Tampa dealership refused to help I brought the veichle to Bill Dodge Cadillac where I met BOB WILLIAMS, because of this man’s compassion to help people, as long as he remains there they will always have my business. I hope the owners of Bill Dodge values Bobs dedication to their customers .

Excellent service department and excellenct on how fair they are on prices. Bob the Cadillac service manager was always helpful and very thorough in his work. Bill Dodge is truly the only dealership where I want to go. I have a 2023 Cadillac Escalade with higher mileage but Bill Dodge know how and what to recommend to keep my vehicle on the road.
