I purchased two vehicles from this place, the last being a 2014 Acadia and for the past three years I seem to be having headlight issues. Now I’m replacing the headlights seemingly one side per year. Today I replaced the passenger side and was shocked to see that my bill was $244! Miscellaneous charges are $18.60 I’m not sure what that could be since we’re just replacing a headlight! I will absolutely not buy another vehicle from you and feel like I really got a ride deal today. I’m very disheartened and upset. I was offered to see what the problem might be for $155 to run a simple test. Just awful! Never, never will I go back to your business or buy another vehicle from you folks .

Offered lesser 2023 model for more $$ than I bought a 2024 better model. I have had nothing but problems with the 2020 AT4 I purchased from Bill Dodge and the service department was totally NO help when I had a major problem with my def system. Very dismissive of the fact that I was very loyal and had all my work done on the 2020 AT4.at Bill Dodge. NOT a good impression of your Company!!

My husband and I had 2 older vehicles that were in need of repairs. We went to Bill Dodge Pre-Own Vehicles and met the Sales Manager Sandra. She told us about a 2020 Buick Envision with 21K miles on it.We were then introduced to the salesman Todd Hilton who was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We test drove it and knew right away this was the vehicle for us.Bryan in financing, was a sweet heart, helped us through the paperwork and helped us get the payment we needed.We had been stressed over having to fix two cars. I work from home now and hubby is retired. We needed to down size to one car and everyone at Bill Dodge made that happen!Thank you all for your kindness ?❤️

Heidi was awesome! I’ve had good experiences with the BD team, but she was amazing. Her willingness to maintain communication and commitment to helping me get my truck back in a reasonable amount of time given the challenges to complete the work was first class.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Turns out there was a lot more required. Bob got me a quote, contacted the warranty company, got me set up with a rental and was fantastic to work with. He got me on my way so I could get to an important appt. I picked up my vehicle the next morning and he was right there waiting, vehicle cleaned and washed and ready to go. Fantastic service. Thank you Bob Williams!

My salesman was great, I will recommend him only if he is at a different dealership. I should have walked away when the finance guy told him he did not want to waste his time running numbers on a vehicle if I was not invested in buying. Then he sat down to talk to me and spoke to me like I was a 19 year old TikToker. My salesman did hold the vehicle for me for a couple of days. When I decided to purchase the vehicle the gas tank was empty. My daughter also purchased a vehicle that day. They sent her on her way with a dead key battery and one that was dying. When she called to see about the battery she was told they could not help her because they did not know what type of car she bought or what kind of battery she needed. I called my salesman because I wanted to have my vehicle looked at while still under warranty. He transferred me to the service department. The customer service at this location is horrible. No one sounded happy or wanted to help. Gentleman at the service department was helpful with getting me an appointment before my warranty expired, and my daughter eventually got the battery in one of her sets of keys replaced. I still feel my vehicle does not sound right. I will deal with Bill Dodge for my free oil changes. Still hesitant to do that. I do know for sure I will not be purchasing a vehicle from Bill Dodge ever again.

Two years ago I leased a 2022 BMW X3 - the salesman was great - (Zack) - he was one of the reason I leased that because my son had a great experience with Zack when he bought his BMW - the service has been professional and easy to deal with. And if Graham is still there he’s a great help with all the gadgets in the vehicle. Great job BMW @ Bill Dodge!!

We purchased a used 2008 Pontiac Vibe from Bill Dodge over 10 years ago, and were very happy with their service department until the car's most recent visit. Replacement sensors for the tire monitoring system were hard to find and when installed didn't work. Our complaint is not that they were unable to repair the TMS but that the service department stopped communicating with us after the first few days. After almost 4 weeks had gone by, we finally told them we'd be picking up the car. Why didn't the service manager return our calls? He did wave the costs associated with the attempted repair, which we appreciated. But frequent and respectful communication is basic to good customer service, and Bill Dodge needs to remember that.

Preston Silbart is amazing! We planed our weekend to drive to dealerships looking for a new truck. First dealership we pulled in was Bill Dodge in Westbrook with in a hour we had exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. As soon as we meet Preston in the parking lot we knew we were in good hands. He actually listened to us and to what we wanted, not what he needed to sell. When we entered the dealership, everybody was so friendly and welcoming I have to say I actually had fun buying my new truck. Thank you Preston and team for making our experience so good!

Liam could NOT have been more helpful. He let me drive every vehicle on the lot I was interested in and then some! He got me into my DREAM SUV and I've never been happier! When it came to closing and financing David was calming and listened to all my questions and concerns. These two made the experience so smooth. 10/10 would recommend!
