Each time I go to this dealership for service I feel welcome and I am treated so well! They make you feel special here and do not try to sell you anything extra. I feel like I get a white glove treatment every time and my car is 6 years old so it's not even one of their new cars coming in for service.

Bill Dodge Infiniti sold me a Volvo with a bad strut that I noticed the next day. Took almost 2 months for them to check it out, and a week to get it “fixed” and turns out they only wanted to replace one strut with no alignment which set my tires and the other strut up for failure. Should have done the job correctly, instead they only wanted to do the bare minimum. Found this all out now when the other strut went and was told how it was supposed to be done correctly. In pairs and with alignment. Poor work ethic from this place.

Absolutely disappointed, my Infiniti QX 80 had a few serious malfunctions while driving down the highway. I had videos to show the error. After 3 hours of diagnosing they are unable to find the problem and charge me $199. For a diagnosis. Most expensive diagnosis and they were able to tell me nothing. If your Infiniti needs service go elsewhere. Not only are they expensive and can not figure out the issue no one ever answers the phone. I had to call 6 times after 3 hours and actually have someone go get them. Worst service experience ever!

Ashleigh and Ivan (technician) were extremely helpful and diligent, and they quickly addressed and remedied the mystery noise my Infiniti was making! Everyone was extremely courteous and respectful. Just a terrific experience! Thank you!

Just bought a vehicle from Kim at Bill Dodge Infiniti and it was the best car-buying experience. She never tried to sell us on things we weren’t interested in. Very polite, friendly and respectful.

My sales representative was Liam I must say hands-down. He’s the best sale rep to get when buying a car he was very understanding a few months ago. When I first went to the dealership, I couldn’t get a car code. I was in the process of clothes on a home Liam called me right true and sure I had a soft closing and he still waiting. I called him today saying am ready but I think am do leasing this time around his response was girl I got you and he sure did. I told him of the car I was looking for and he gave me some advice which was pretty good. I must say is patient and it is informative skills did come in hand hands down he is definitely sales representative guy of the year for me. If you come to the dealership and Liam isn’t your sale representative, I guarantee you you’re not driving away with your dream car.

I've been doing buriness with Bill Dodge Infiniti and their service department since the 1990s, and they've always been super attentive and responsive. Until the last year or so. Their techs are still excellent, but their service managers seem to change every few months and they simply do not return phone calls. Which brings me to my most recent experience of the last couple of days. After leaving two unreturned messages with the latest service manager, I finally called the main number to get on their schedule. If the service manager had no intention of calling me back, he should at least have referred my call and request for an appointment to someone who would be able to schedule me, instead of my continued efforts to call and leave voice mails. I value my vehicle and trust their techs, so I will continue to rely on their service department. But their customer service in this regard is extremely disappointing, and I sincerely hope it improves.
