The absolute best service I have ever had ! I had a sensor show my tire was losing air and I was going on a trip.I stopped in without an appointment and I’m sure I looked panicked but the service Manager (Marty). Said no prob. I’ll take care of it and get you right in to see what the problem is. It was a screw/Nail. That I picked up somewhere on the road. He had it repaired less than an hour. And also washed my SUV. !Marty you’re the best ! Thanks so much for the great service. !!Dave B

So glad I trusted them with my vehicle. The customer service was unmatched compared to other dealerships I’ve visited. The service team was kind, provided me with a ride to and from work, explained the issues clearly, and were above and beyond friendly. Even the customer service representative who was handling another customer next to me (who was not being so kind) handled the situation with grace, a smile, and maintained a high level of customer service.I was also provided a quote for a new vehicle when I asked without any follow up pressure to purchase.The entire operation was a step above other dealerships in their approach and service.

Counter staff are great, very nice, and detail oriented. Appreciative of their time after being totally screwed by Charlie's in Augusta. Will always bring my Kia here & possible future sales to Bill Dodge.

Best experience I ever had with a dealership! We were travelling from Canada to Orlando, something put a hole in our radiator. The guys here took our car in right away to diagnose the problem, they ordered us a new radiator and put it in right away the next day when it arrived! They even had their shuttle service drive us to our hotel for the night! The service here was exceptional! I’d give them more star ratings if I could!! Thanks to the wonderful service department guys! We appreciate all you did for us to ensure we were back on our road trip as quickly as possible! You guys are the best!!!

We had the easiest car buying experience with Ian at Bill Dodge Kia. He was helpful, efficient, and totally understanding of our family’s needs. When something came up that needed the service department after we had purchased the car he followed up to make sure it was taken care of. Kayla then even delivered our car back to us at home to save us the trip out again. With a busy family life it was exactly the service we needed from a dealer. We can’t thank them enough!

The Kia service team is great. I had a couple of issues that they helped me with, but my car still has one that they cannot figure out. We tried to recreate the problem, but no luck. Jamie, the head mechanic, tried his best to discover what was causing my brakes to lock up and then release. And they aren't even a year old yet. I had to give 5 stars for their efforts even though I'm now always waiting for the 'other shoe to fall.'

My car was brought in on a tow truck on July 10, 2023. I had a very hard time getting in reach with service. They didn't like to respond to voice-mail and when they did they would push the work back a month. Here it is the middle of October and it's still not done. It was a recall for a blown engine. They don't make anything on it so it was put on the back burner. Excuses left and right. They neglect calling to update at all. The only way I found out anything was to finally catch them. I drove by and my car just sat on the lot. Bird poop all over it. He told me it was ready and the mechanic drove it the day before. I drove an hour to get it only to find it with a flat tire and a very loud squealing belt. They said the belt was rusty. How did that happen overnight? Test drove the day before???? So I took it back, waited for them to call. This caused 2 delays in a planned trip. They would not give me a rental so I had to get one as I was not canceling again! When I got back I called and low and behold...my car was supposedly done and running smooth. I again drove an hour after just returning my rental. Guess what? I started the car and there was a very loud rap! So I was sent home with a rental. We waited with him and heard him get authorization from above. I got a call from them the next day saying it wasn't authorized could I bring it back that night. I could not. I had no ride home. She had the nerve to ask me how I had been getting around. (Is that their business? They should be accommodating me after 3 months!) I called the woman back and asked her to have things ready for me (rental that I had to insure) nothing was ready. I am very unhappy with the service. The worst I have ever experienced! Still waiting.

My boyfriend set up my appt online. I dropped my car off early morning as I need to be at work at 7am. I never got a call about my car, not even to tell me it was all set. I called 3 times and got an answering service each time. The woman was very nice and kept trying to get me in touch with the service center. I left a message and never heard back. The other 2 times I didn't bother to leave a message. I finally just decided to go and hoped my car would be ready. I got there and they still needed to do paperwork...I waited 15-20mins for the paperwork before I could get my car and leave.Some communication would have been nice, even a text or email would have been great!And there was a tool left under my hood that I didn't even see, my boyfriend saw it and had to open the hood to get it out.

I purchased a new vehicle from this facility and it was a (relatively) painless process- as painless as buying a new car can be! Each person I've interacted with has been supremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend utilizing this facility if you're interested in gettin a Kia!

Whole experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Two months without a vehicle that was determined after just a short time to fall under warranty/lawsuit and was told that we would only be offered a rental vehicle for six days even though it would be several weeks before car was repaired. Additionally, we could NEVER get anyone to call us back to update on status. Towards the end of the two months period, when they finally were going to begin work, went almost a full week of hearing "it may be ready tomorrow", and again had difficulty getting a call back and was never given the correct timeframe and no rental offered. While we appreciate that parts and technicians were difficult to come by, just that bit of communication would have made this whole experience a whole lot less like the nightmare it was. While I am not sure about purchasing another KIA in the future I am absolutely sure our next purchase will NOT be through Bill Dodge.

Terrible customer service at the Westbrook location but at least my car is fixed.My car broke down out of nowhere and was in the shop for 2 weeks. They had my car for 3 business days (5 days including the weekend) before they even looked at it — and would not provide a loaner until they did. I work 45 minutes from home and this was a massive inconvenience. After several calls, I finally got through at the end of the 3rd business day and they set up a loaner car through Enterprise. The only easy part of the loaner process was returning the car.My greater frustration lies with the blatant avoidance of my calls. I was only able to speak with someone ONCE during the 2 weeks they had my car and this was only regarding the loaner. After numerous calls to the service department and voicemails left for the service manager I was left to wonder if the part they ordered (a fuel injector for my ‘23 Sportage) had fixed the issue, let alone if the part had ever arrived. Thankfully I had a week day off to stop by in person — at this point my car was in their possession for 2 weeks without a single update call despite my requests for one. The day I stopped by in person, magically it was nearly ready! They said it would be another 4 hours to burn off the cleaner they put in the gas tank and asked me to come back again later. I requested to have them to drop off my car at my home (I live less than 10 min away from this location) and they were quick to push back on the request making this seem like a big inconvenience for them.I never received any apologies for their terrible service.The take away: if you live in the Portland area, use another Kia location unless you want to wait long periods for your car to be repaired with absolutely no communication from the service department.Edit: It appears Scott really does not like phone calls, there were no attempts to reach out to me by phone (confirmed by the lack of missed calls). An email was in fact sent —merely to say he tried to call (false) and that he would be on vacation. However, Scott did apologize for the lack of communication.

My experience with Bill Dodge Kia and their salesperson Ian was excellent. Although they were not able to provide me with the particular model and color that I wanted, Ian made himself available to me for my questions, he set up a test drive in one of their 2022 models and was very friendly, respectful, understanding and accommodating. His assistance helped me to make a final decision to go ahead and purchase a Kia K5 EX. If they had had the color I wanted, I would have been more than happy to give him the sale. Even though I ultimately bought the model and color I wanted from another dealership, Ian was gracious enough to call me the next day to see how I made out. Thanks for your kindness and professionalism Ian!! You helped to make me a very happy Kia owner :) Susan H.
