I bought the 2022 GMC Yukon With 1 year or 12k miles Bumper to Bumper warranty. Before i bought the car, the right step was taped up and i told them about it and they said they are going to replace it and i left the car with them for a week after i bought it. A week after went to pick up the car, they just took the tape off the step and said it’s all fixed. A day after i picked up the car, the piece fell in the middle of the road so i called them back and they said they ordered it and will be available the week of forth of July. Ever since that day I’ve been calling and their response was to wait and wait. You think spending $70k dollars at their dealership will take the time to actually fix it but they never did. I would never buy a car from them ever again and definitely do not recommend this dealership to anybody. It’s better off going to facebook marketplace than this dealership. They only care about selling and nothing about customer service.

I will never buy from Bill Dodge again! NEVER and would stay clear from buying from them! I have purchased two trucks from them 2500 ram, this last one being December 2021 F350 6.7L power stroke diesel (1 year ago) since then I have brought it back MULTIPLE times advising them it had a really bad "bouncing" to it when going 50mph. They did something to it to "fix it" at sale and sure it was mitigated for 3 months but came back! I sent it in many many many times since for the bounce and my brand new tires were wearing and i had to go through a new set at $1600 and have been told "there is not weight in the bed", "it's the big tires" (which is what was on there I did not modify ANYTHING), "that's how a big lifted truck drives" "rotate your tires more" .... This is not my first truck nor how a 'lifted truck drives'! I have also gone to tire warehouse to get my tires rotated many times!!! Finally fed up with ALL of it I took it to a private mechanic (now a year in) and they found that bill dodge replaced ONE tie rod end .... ONE (bottom easiest and cheapest one to replace seen in pic) and also the other tie rods have ceased and one would only move in one direction (hence the horrible uneven wear on my tires) I am BEYOND angry and have now put 2500 into this truck that I should have never had to deal with in the first place as it was under warranty and they NEVER FIXED IT to begin with! This is also only one of my issues with them! There were many many other terrible issues I've had with service! The ONLY positive I've had is the sales manager she was great to me when service left me stranded one day promising my truck was done and it never was! I got there (got a ride there 1.5 Hr away) and in fact, it was not done and they advised they would call if it wouldn't be finished and they never did! She is the only good thing at the business! I was in tears stranded and she helped me! Feel free to review the picture from a private mechanic and advise HOW there is nothing wrong with this?Update: I'd also like to add that bill dodge ILLEGALLY placed an inspection sticker on my truck! Per the mechanic and the Ford dealership I brought it too, the tires that THEY PUT ON REQUIRE A FENDER FLARE for that truck to pass inspection! It is and I have been riding around with a truck that is not legal to drive.....let's just add on to the shadiness and lovely fun Bill Dodge has done! Buying is the easy part with them, after that they don't care and do illegal work!Another update3.27.23: we have been dealing with issue after issue with the LEMON!!!! I literally have never had such a shit box of a truck!! EVERY SENSOR possible with the def system has been fixed and it is STILLLLL THROWING CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS! I literally have had nothing but issues with this truck that the illegally inspected and put on the road! This truck is an absolute terrible experience I have dumped over 5k into fixing this truck and it is STILL not working! I have had this truck a year!!!! It is nothing but problem after problem and they blame the customer! I am ready to get a lawyer at this point!

Sales experience was streamlined and easy! However, I have had my CPO Yukon back twice to get my door trim pillars fixed due to them coming apart from the door itself. The second time around took almost a week due to wrong parts, when called to come get it everything was great and the service writer was friendly.. But they STILL are coming off. Tired of the back and forth and just want them to be done right so water doesn't get into my 40k car......

I had the worst experience. Vansyckel tried to screw me over even though I explained the difficult situation I was dealing with. I told him the payment I could afford for the car and he tried to get me to pay 250 dollars a month when I said I could only pay 120. Without letting me know he changed the payment he made me sign a paper and wait and then later on told me what was going on. He then tried to get me to buy some other car for less money a month but it wasn’t worth and I told him I wanted to leave and they made me feel really uncomfortable and as if I couldn’t walk out. Very weird man and company, too much pressure and they try to disctract you so you buy something stupid, but luckily I am not dumb. Don’t go to Bill Dodge or George Vansykel.
