So happy we discovered this BMW dealership in Westbrook. We were treated so fine the minute we walked through the door. It’s a beautiful showroom and we found our new BMW because it was on display. Our salesman, Jo, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and no heavy selling which we hate.
We have switched from owning Fords and Subarus and the customer care is amazing. Never had this before. Feel like we’ve discovered heaven with this new gorgeous incredible car. Welcome to the BMW family indeed.

This dealership has treated me very well when bringing my car for repairs, Garth especially has been dealing with me for several repairs, he is very professional and keeps me updated very quickly, he is thorough and really cares about his customers. Their repairs have been perfect!! I appreciate these guys treating me with respect whether im spending 200$ or 2000$.

Happy with BMW Westbrook service. However last time they swapped my summer and winter wheels over they didn’t check the tire pressure and 2 tires were 10lbs psi over than the other 2 tires. So they didn’t check tire pressure at all which is a little concerning.

I can't say enough great things about Brittney! I've been working with her for more than a dozen years and she's helped me with multiple car purchases during that time.
