Seth helped me twice, when my ITunes was hopelessly mangled and when my car pulled keys off the keyboard (and Staples said we can’t fix it you have to buy a new computer). Fast, efficient, cost effective service. Highly recommended.

Seth installed a new router and explained everything as he went. He was very good at explaining what he was doing, so I could understand it. It's been 3 weeks and all of my wifi issues are gone!
