I had oral surgery and needed to get a new prescription filled. When I went to the counter, the staff appeared to be very busy. Even so, they kindly let me know someone would help me soon. In just about 3 minutes, a staff member came over to assist me. She was friendly and patient, which I really appreciated since my face was swollen and I was having trouble moving my tongue and lip.
I asked if I could wait for the prescription if it could be ready in 15 minutes, and she said absolutely. I was happily surprised when it was ready in just 5 minutes! Then I was able to head home and get some much-needed rest.
Exceptional customer service. Thank you CVS Pharmacy.

I've been a loyal customer of CVS Pharmacy for years, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. Over the past year, I've consistently encountered issues with medication availability. They frequently run out of stock and fail to restock on the promised dates. Additionally, trying to reach them by phone is frustrating, I always end up getting voicemail and no returned calls. The service in person isn't any better— all the staff treat you like an inconvenience…and the manager Don, in particular has ALWAYS been extremely rude, unprofessional and beyond unhelpful. I am now going to use a different pharmacy and I strongly advise everyone against using this pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Worst customer service I ever experienced. They always give me a hard time with my medications, they either tell me Insurance doesn’t cover that medicine, or the doctor need to send approval. I know this medication is covered by my insurance. I talk to my doctor and says they should give it to me with no problem. Then I go back to the pharmacy and tells me it needs pre-authorization from doctor. I told them I just spoke with my doctor and I can pick it up today with no issues. They checked their system and after 15 minutes of wait they tell me it will be ready in 6 days. After 6 days. I go and the tell me they ordered the wrong medication. I have to wait another 6 days. Every month they would do this to me. This medication is important I have to take it the rest of my life and I can’t go without it I take it 3 weeks late every month because they dont give it to me on time, and it’s affecting my health. Worst service. I decided to transfer to a different pharmacy. And will go from there.

They constantly hang up on you after wait 30 minutes! every single time I go there, the drive-through is always closed. & The line goes all the way down to the end of store. I timed the wait today and it took 42 minutes. Not acceptable, they have more than enough staff to be going faster. Also, they are very rude & miserable. & shows that to the customers. very very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve even called corporate, to address some of these issues last month. It’s time to find a new pharmacy.

I had a terrible mix up with Express Scripts, and I could not be more impressed with my service and experience at CVS. The pharmacist, Kyle, went above and beyond to help me to find a resolution for my situation that was even better than I could have expected. The pharmacy technicians Shamma and Becky were also extremely pleasant and helpful. I cannot thank you all enough. As someone who works in the medical profession and prescribes medication, I also appreciate knowing that CVS has such kind, caring, and competent professionals working in their pharmacy. Kudos to this team and well done!

If you're satisfied with delayed service, and it's okay with you that your regular refill prescriptions ordered on a Monday morning (within their refill eligibility timeframe) aren't ready for pickup until Saturday afternoon, then this is the place for you. Keep in mind that this store has the most cramped layout I've seen in my 70 plus years, and is so seriously understaffed, they can't even keep their drive-in window operating. Meanwhile, I'm looking for alternatives.

Always runs out of my seizure medications placing me at risk probably going to switch shortly. Really hard to get ahold of them too so maybe they are getting slammed with to many people and cant handle it. Its okay ill just deal........

I live very close so go here pretty often. Staff has always been friendly, they have pretty normal hours and it always super clean.
