Everytime I come here, there's also an issue with my prescription. Last month, my doctor sent two prescriptions in. I went in to check on the status, and they said it'd be about an hour. I called back an hour later, and they now told me one prescription is out of stock, and the other is ready (and had been for 45 minutes). Then today, I had surgery so I had two prescriptions sent over. My driver called on the way to see if they were ready, they said it'd be about 10 minutes. My driver goes in 10 minutes later, and they filled the wrong prescriptions. Mind you, I just got of surgery, am in immense pain, and one of the prescriptions is pain medication. Almost an hour later, and they finally filled the correct prescriptions. I'm absolutely switching pharmacies after this, this is unacceptable.

I was sick of the anxiety that I had a couple times a month filling my multiple medications at a different local pharmacy. I’m so so thankful I switched my family over to Hannaford pharmacy. I explained why and where I transferred from. And they haven’t done me wrong yet! Thanks!

If it wasn't for hannafords pick up from online ordering I won't been able to go grocery shopping because I broke my right ankle and can't walk and I did my grocery shopping monthly so thanks for doing hannafords to go it makes it so much easier for people who have injuries and stuff.

I have never in my life been kicked out of a grocery store at the exact time you guys are supposed to close, mind you I was there at 9:30 completing an Instacart order I had three maybe four things left to grab and I was harassed and told if I did not check out right then that I could not check out and I needed to leave. I couldn’t even finish my Instacart order and I told them I was in the middle of an Insta cart order and only had a couple more items to grab and he followed me around and harassed me. And then on my way out I was speaking to my brother about how I have never had that happen to me and this guy turned around and started yelling at me as if I was having a conversation with him when I was actually having a private conversation regardless that was unprofessional as hell. Not a very good way to treat your customers and expect them to come back.

I use Hannaford pharmacy in Westbrook also are friendly and fast service i don't shop at Hannaford but I do use the pharmacy

So for the past several months I've been using Hannaford To Go specifically for this location. There's something really satisfying about internet shopping late at night that ALSO takes care of my groceries (also, the user interface of the website itself is so easy to navigate; I appreciate it refreshes to let me know when an item in my cart is suddenly no longer available - something Amazon doesn't do well). I love that, unlike other food shopping/delivery services in the Greater Portland area right now, there's the opportunity to leave notes about substitution options for each and every individual item. For example, if I'm not loyal to a brand - like with my soy milk - then I don't care what they give me, as long as I get something (so I note that). On the opposite hand, we once ordered vegan chick'n patties and got vegetarian ones (so now we note our specific dietary issues). The groceries are always packaged really well, we've never had any broken items or totally wrong items; and I appreciate that they leave a print-out with what substitutions were and what items were totally unavailable in the end. The pick-up itself is usually seamless too!

I want to compliment the cashier I had today at the Westbrook Hannaford. He was very upbeat, personable, attentive, and also apologized for the wait (which wasn't much). I didn't think to look at his name tag, but my receipt says his cashier number was 0123 on register 7 at 3:07 pm. I was very impressed!

Needs to get their bearings, they frequently have troubles and blame it on distributors, they frequently fill a 15 day supply instead of a 30 day supply without notifying the Doctor or Patient. They have great people working there, but fail at communication which should be a federally required law that they excel in that area.

I am very confused with the negative reviews of the pharmacy. The "concerns", and I say that very loosely just seem like crybaby bull. The staff I've dealt with every time has always been pleasant, very knowledgeable and provide great customer service. Their hours are very generous and by no means make it difficult to pick up my medications.
