Josh was great at helping us to find the Jeep we wanted. Not to mention we got to the dealership at 5, with the understanding they closed at 7. 7 rolls around and Josh was still taking and showing us different options. Finally found the jeep we wanted and again Josh went above and beyond to get us into the jeep and great payment! So now all the paperwork was signed and this is now getting close to 9, and now Josh takes the jeep to be cleaned and ready to take home! Josh you went above and beyond and at no point did we feel pushed or pressured making the choice to get the jeep that much easier!!!THAN YOU!!!

Just picked up a 2020 Ram 1500 thanks to Josh Goulette. He worked with me to find the exact vehicle that would fit my family's needs. He made the process comfortable, absolutely hassle free, and was able to introduce me to the perfect warranty package I didn't realize was offered on used vehicles. Great guy, awesome process and couldn't have had a better experience elsewhere. A++

Remarkably inept service department. In an era of widespread incompetence, that’s quite a benchmark! Near new $70k truck had a loud squeak in the front drivers side suspension. First visit elicited the expert duck job by Portland Lee - “we can’t recreate the sound.” Then a visit to Auburn store, they replace control arm. Apparently the pastoral setting of the Lee Auburn store allowed them to detect the sound. A few months later back to Portland Lee with same squeak. Predictably, they can’t recreate the sound. There’s apparently a service bulletin from Ram on this issue according to my online research but Portland Lee remains hopelessly confused and hard of hearing. Working through a problem apparently is less profitable than banging through customers like piece work. I took a video of the sound a few days after service which I “recreated” by standing on my running board and bouncing the suspension. And I didn’t even go to Lee school for that. Lee is decidedly NOT for me.

Josh was so informative and thorough. There was no pressure in looking and buying a vehicle. I ended up getting a safe, reliable Jeep for our family, at a great price. Josh took his time to explain all the features and showed us a few vehicles. He even went out of his way to connect my phone to the Bluetooth system and install our car seat after the sale. He made sure everything was taken care of. The experience was an absolute pleasure and now we have a phenomenal vehicle. Would highly recommend.

beware of LEE!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from them. My car has been in their shop 13 times to be “fixed” they kept saying please give us a chance to make it right so I did and then when they couldn’t fix the problem they said they would trade me out of the car then they said no my warranty is out but they are the ones that kept it going so my warranty would run out and they wouldn’t have to deal with it. Been trying to reach Adam Lee who doesn’t care if people have had bad experiences. He’s done nothing to make it right. I’m pretty much screwed. They took full advantage of me. I’m so upset. I can’t even believe they can get away with stuff like thisWhat has this world come to? Selling broken cars to single moms? this was my only way to get my kids around and now I have nothing. Thanks a lot Lee ?

you've seen this written before I'm sure but if I could give a negative number I would have. Copy and pasted this from my niece.....Good morning wonderful handsome awesome super cool stud of an uncle I just wanted to take a moment before I head out to work to thank you for all the love and light you shed on me. I'm sorry I'm not so good with phone calls. I get anxious over making calls I hate it idk what it is but I am working to improve on this. I am grateful for messenger and text for communication but I promise to do better with the actual phone calls. Thank you so much for the 3 6 9 input and visualization. I started my list and visualization last night already mediated over them this morning. It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day at the beach today$$$So about the car. I spoke to someone through text they wouldn't call cause he said he was too busy. They want to trade me out of the car into something else and they want me to put money down twords it. I said I thought we were trading the car out and I'd be done with it and I'd look for another car else where no response I called and left a neaaage at Lee to speak with Adam Lee and I'm going yo call everyday until I reach him. He's the owner. I want to tell him about my experience. I've been trying to get out of this car since the 2nd day I had it as I knew it was junk after driving it a few days and everything was going on it. Windshield was broke and put in wrong cause of the windshield wipers to skip. The heater and ac were broke. There was a leak in the trunk. The head lights were rigged and off center. The trunk latch was broke which I went 4 qeeeks with because they could t get me In meanwhile I was working for ups delivering packages from my car which made work almost impossible but I figured out a way to still do it. There's mold and mildew In the car from the leak which has caused surae and I to both be sick and could be cause of my headaches. There's been a crack In the exhaust. It has a fake sticker on it the tires were junk I had to buy new ones when I was I unemployed. With every break I called and communicated my frustration while they tried to brush me off. I complained and begged for them to take the car back. At first they told me I couldn't ever take it back and then one day I was waiting to get my car out of the shop and I over heard a lady talking to a salesmen about returning her car as it was broke and he said sure we can do that. Then I knew I could too. Finally I got someone to agree that it is possible for them to take back the car but it was a lot of paperwork and a pain in the butt so I continued to work with them in hopes that they could fix the car. This never happened. 12 trips to the shop later and it's still not fixed. I work at the busiest place in Maine. On the weekend I wait on over a thousand people from all over the world. I will make it public what they did to me. I don't want to go this route I just want to be done with this pos car they sold me knowing it was junk. My friends son works at VIP and saw my car come in before I bought it. They were trying to find out what was wrong with it. They were unsuccessful and sold it to me anyway. Also this isn't the car I originally ordered and waited for while I was In a rental. Again to try and not be difficult and work with them I took the car. Nice guys finish last makes since now. I just want them to do what's right. Today I work so I won't be able to talk with them but tomorrow I have off I'm going into Lee personally to find Adam Lee and make him aware of what I've gone through with all my paper work and text messages. Also at the beginning of all this the guy who sold me the car asked me on a date and I declined as he had pictures of his wife and kid on his desk also I wasn't interested since this he's been rude to me and I feel uncomfortable dealing with him yet I believe he's the guy I was messaging all day yesterday. Where do I begin? Was told by the Lee dealership in Augusta where I bought my car to call this Lee service center to make an appointment. My transmission in the vehicle I bought a year and a half ago was leaking. My regular small business mechanic I normally go to plugged the leak until I could get in at Lee service center in Westbrook, a place I was told works with my warranty company every day so they will know what to do. They were booked a month out. The person I spoke to to make the appointment asked the make, model, year of car, what was wrong, etc. but did not give any information about when they open, what they would be doing on day of appointment, how long it would take - you know,pertinent information that a customer should know for everything to go smoothly in such a busy place. I had to call 3 separate times over the course of 3 weeks just to get information I was looking for about the appointment and spoke to a different person every time, each giving me different and conflicting information. Morning of appointment I dropped it, was extremely frustrated at the lack of awareness, patronizing comments and totally unclear communication. I proceeded to leave a negative review about my experience. That afternoon when I went to pick up my vehicle and was brought into the office (an apology was given, rightfully so) and told that because this was not a hyundai dealership they don't have the proper tools to make a diagnosis. Way to go Lee service center Westbrook! Yes, they tried to "make it right", yes they apologized and referred me to a couple Hyundai dealerships. I was even asked to take my negative review down. And I did. But you know what? This place wasted 4 weeks of my time, time that could have been spent finding a place that could actually accommodate me and fix my vehicle if any of the 3 separate people I spoke to would have done their job like they are getting paid to do. May I suggest a customer service training seminar for the staff there? Maybe learn how to listen and speak to paying customers and appropriately respond to their needs and concernns and communicate clearly and effectively? I don't feel bad. DO A BETTER JOB. It's not rocket science!

We had a great experience getting help from the Parts folks at Lee. We were at a tire appointment for my boyfriends Jeep when we realized we were missing the key for the locking lug nuts. I spoke with Rodger on the phone and he let us know we could come to Lee to switch out the locked ones for regular rather than waiting 2 weeks to get the kit. Thank you Kenny, Rodger, Matt G and everyone else at Lee who saved the day!
