you've seen this written before I'm sure but if I could give a negative number I would have. Copy and pasted this from my niece.....Good morning wonderful handsome awesome super cool stud of an uncle I just wanted to take a moment before I head out to work to thank you for all the love and light you shed on me. I'm sorry I'm not so good with phone calls. I get anxious over making calls I hate it idk what it is but I am working to improve on this. I am grateful for messenger and text for communication but I promise to do better with the actual phone calls. Thank you so much for the 3 6 9 input and visualization. I started my list and visualization last night already mediated over them this morning. It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day at the beach today$$$So about the car. I spoke to someone through text they wouldn't call cause he said he was too busy. They want to trade me out of the car into something else and they want me to put money down twords it. I said I thought we were trading the car out and I'd be done with it and I'd look for another car else where no response I called and left a neaaage at Lee to speak with Adam Lee and I'm going yo call everyday until I reach him. He's the owner. I want to tell him about my experience. I've been trying to get out of this car since the 2nd day I had it as I knew it was junk after driving it a few days and everything was going on it. Windshield was broke and put in wrong cause of the windshield wipers to skip. The heater and ac were broke. There was a leak in the trunk. The head lights were rigged and off center. The trunk latch was broke which I went 4 qeeeks with because they could t get me In meanwhile I was working for ups delivering packages from my car which made work almost impossible but I figured out a way to still do it. There's mold and mildew In the car from the leak which has caused surae and I to both be sick and could be cause of my headaches. There's been a crack In the exhaust. It has a fake sticker on it the tires were junk I had to buy new ones when I was I unemployed. With every break I called and communicated my frustration while they tried to brush me off. I complained and begged for them to take the car back. At first they told me I couldn't ever take it back and then one day I was waiting to get my car out of the shop and I over heard a lady talking to a salesmen about returning her car as it was broke and he said sure we can do that. Then I knew I could too. Finally I got someone to agree that it is possible for them to take back the car but it was a lot of paperwork and a pain in the butt so I continued to work with them in hopes that they could fix the car. This never happened. 12 trips to the shop later and it's still not fixed. I work at the busiest place in Maine. On the weekend I wait on over a thousand people from all over the world. I will make it public what they did to me. I don't want to go this route I just want to be done with this pos car they sold me knowing it was junk. My friends son works at VIP and saw my car come in before I bought it. They were trying to find out what was wrong with it. They were unsuccessful and sold it to me anyway. Also this isn't the car I originally ordered and waited for while I was In a rental. Again to try and not be difficult and work with them I took the car. Nice guys finish last makes since now. I just want them to do what's right. Today I work so I won't be able to talk with them but tomorrow I have off I'm going into Lee personally to find Adam Lee and make him aware of what I've gone through with all my paper work and text messages. Also at the beginning of all this the guy who sold me the car asked me on a date and I declined as he had pictures of his wife and kid on his desk also I wasn't interested since this he's been rude to me and I feel uncomfortable dealing with him yet I believe he's the guy I was messaging all day yesterday. We had a great experience getting help from the Parts folks at Lee. We were at a tire appointment for my boyfriends Jeep when we realized we were missing the key for the locking lug nuts. I spoke with Rodger on the phone and he let us know we could come to Lee to switch out the locked ones for regular rather than waiting 2 weeks to get the kit. Thank you Kenny, Rodger, Matt G and everyone else at Lee who saved the day!

Came to Lee Collision Center after a fender-bender where another driver hit the back side of my 2018 Honda Fit. GREAT customer service - Pam is amazing. She was incredibly responsive and helped me navigate the process with the insurance (this was my first accident) and helped me feel more at ease with the process. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lee Dodge in Westbrook. My salesperson was Dorian Lucca. This was the single best buying experience I have had purchasing a car in my 70+ yrs. Not only was he patient with my learning curve on all the bells and whistles, he even answered my calls when I got a bit flummoxed on how things worked after the purchase. i bought a 2017 Hyundai tuscon in november of 2022 there was an open recall one which I was told was resolved. and later found out it hadn't been dealt with. on top of that I have brought the car back 4 times for service and there has been electrical issues transmission issues and a battery issue which hasn't been able to be resolved. am still trying to get this resolved. and they refused to take the car back or sell me a different one. but still are unable to fix it. I've called and spoke to everyone and will have to sit there for 8 hours again just like last week for them to tell me nothing is wrong when my car won't start every morning.

Had our van repaired and they were easy to work with, especially since we don't live there and did it all over the phone. They sent a wrecker to another city to pick it up and worked easily with the insurance company. We had some additional work done and everything looks good as new. I only would recommend that they keep the customer updated better on the status.

Understandable that the price of the truck was higher due to Covid. Unacceptable that damage the truck sustained wasn't disclosed to us. Long story but here goes...Purchase the certified used RAM truck, drive it home one hour away. Go to get in truck next day, sunroof won't open. Call salesman, he puts me through to service. Service tells me two weeks before they can take a look. I opt to bring to my local dealer. Truck is under warranty, right? Local dealer says they can take a look the next day. Next day, local dealer takes truck in. Asks me if I know if anyone has tried to fix it. Not to my knowledge, I've only been in possession of the truck for 48 hours. Local dealer calls Lee. Lee auto body tells them the truck had some 5 hour dent repair. Local dealer calls me back to see if i was aware of the body damage. I call Lee. I get the sales manager on the phone who tells me: 1) They have no idea what I am taking about. No record of damage to truck.2) Sunroofs leak. (Mine won't open, not the issue)I explain that my local dealer was told the truck had a five hour appointment with Lee auto body. Lee sales manager bumbles and stumbles and tells me they don't have to disclose anything less than $3000.00 repair to customers. I say a 5 hour appointment sounds like it fits that bill. He tells me it doesn't. The guy talked in circles, contradicting himself. In the past 20 years, we have purchased over 10 vehicles for our small construction company. NEVER have I experienced such subpar service. The sales manager at Lee gives off the slimy car salesmen vibe and left a bad taste in my mouth. During the repair, the wire harness was detached. They didn't reattach it, this is why sunroof wouldn't open. Easy fix for local dealer. Local dealer charges Lee $130.00.And the sales manager? The last thing he said to me? What do you want from me?My answer- Honesty.

found a great vehicle I fell in love with, excellent financing, was super excited. Salesman excused himself to complete the paperwork but came back within just a few moments, red faced. Tells me the car i was about to buy was already sold, "someone" forgot to update it in the system, and the owner of the vehicle was on their way to pick it up within the hour. Cool. Thanks for wasting my time.

Purchased a new jeep from a great salesman. Check engine light was on when we took delivery of it. As it was after service techs had gone home we were told take it to any dealership and they will reset it. Needless to say 2 weeks later we took it back to Lee for that issue as was the earliest any dealership we called could get it in as well as installing a few items we purchased which had come in. They had the vehicle for a day and a half. Was told vehicle had been on the lot since November and that was the issue is the computer had to be updated. We drive an hour and a half home and check engine light back on. This was on a Thursday. Called Lee and spoke to someone again in service and stated that they will look at it but can not be until Monday and they would drop everything then we bring it in and make it right that day as we are moving to Texas in the middle of the week. I drop it off Monday morning and was told by a person in the service department that they were not sure when they can look at it and fix it but maybe by the end of the day. Explained what we had been told and bought a $60,000 jeep and the check engine light has been on since then and we are moving in a few days. Was told not his issue and that they will see what they can do. No one called me to give me an update. Called at end of Monday before closing and was told they ordered a part might be in on Wednesday. Needless to say, we move tomorrow and still driving a rental. Little to no communication or follow-up and would not recommend the service department to my worst enemy. Sales department seems good

I went there for a lower ball joint recall years ago. They tried to send me on my way without doing it. They said it had been done. But, the OEM ones were a different color than the supposed replacements under the recall. Easy to tell just by bending over to look. Caught em in a lie. 2003 Jeep Liberty.

I was able to have a good conversation with the General Manager, Josh at Lee Auto Mall. I am happy to say that the dealership team promptly corrected the situation by refunding and mailing me a check for $500. I appreciate that they apologized and followed up with me in a dedicated and sincere fashion, which is not easy given that the end of the year is the busiest time for me work wise. Although I have now purchased a vehicle from another dealership in the Boston area, I would consider Lee Auto Mall again for a future vehicle purchase now that I am living in Maine.
