Once again Lee knocked it out of the park. Dan Mahoney and Matt Anderson where amazing. This is the second vehicle my wife and I have bought in the last year from them and have been having our vehicles serviced there for the last 5+ years since I moved to Maine. Best dealership experience bar none. Nothing is ever hidden they are more than willing to have an adult discussion with you regarding where you need to be and if they cant meet you there they meet you in the middle and explain why. As long as this dealership is open and I live in Maine this will be the only place I will be going when its time for new vehicles. The whole gang in both the Dodge/Ram side and the Jeep side have been nothing but fantastic

I have always recommended Lee since they serviced my first Jeep 20 years ago. Today not so much. I had a horrible, rude experience with Adam Finch this morning. I wanted to know how he came up with a diminished value appraisal on my Jeep when he never asked what damage was done. He referenced the air bag deployment and that was all. The damage to my Jeep was over $17000.00. The Jeep had only 6600 miles when she was hit. He repeatedly talked over me or interrupted me. He became defensive when I simply wanted to know how he achieved his estimate without even reviewing the five pages of repairs I brought with me. Two years ago when I raved about my sales experience with Mike you asked me to be in one of your commercials. Telling you today I would love to. Guessing it’s a hard no from you. I’m ?. I was looking forward to continuing my business with you and continuing to encourage and refer my friends. I knew Shep years ago, had been to his home many times. How sad.

Had an open recall on my Jeep for a PTU - credit card issuer ruled in my favor as there was an active recall. The dealership continued to contact my after the dispute was settled by the credit card issuer in my favor. The **** was over $2K and the dealership had some really inappropriate practices with not acknowledging the recall then contacting me after the settlement.

My vehicle purchase at Lee was efficient and an actual pleasure. This was in most part due to the helpful information and great customer service provided by my sales consultant Dan Mahoney. He was honest and forthright regarding the Ram Promaster that I purchased for my business. Dan made the process smooth and the rest of the sales staff were incredibly easy to work with. I had such a great experience at Lee! Tylor was awesome and the team worked their hardest to get me into my dream vehicle. They listened to my needs in terms of payments and budget, and their communication was great while I was waiting for my vehicle to come in. Would highly recommend them!

We have bought two Jeep’s from Lee and we really enjoyed our last experience at your Westbrook location. Maddox was so great to work with! He made the entire process easy and explained everything to us. Very personable and we not only recommend everyone to see Maddox for their car needs but we will certainly be back for our future vehicles and work with him! I would give them 0 stars if possible I went in there and looked at cars for about an hour we finally found one the guys name was will he said he would have it brought down for wensday so it was there Thursday for me to come check it out all he needed was my bank statements the bank was closed the day I was there so I told him I’d send them first thing Monday and I did I also left him a voicemail he never looked at the email or listened to the voicemail so I go in Thursday to get the car I was approved and everything and I really needed it so I can get to and from work just for him to tell me they sold the car because they were waiting on me to send the info which I did so I lost out on a car just because the guy couldn’t do his job

Outstanding parts dept. I ordered ****** truck parts online. Their website did not charge me shipping or tax. I called the day it was scheduled to ship to make additional payment. I was told it had shipped 3 days early AND they refuse any additional payment. I was told it was not my fault and I owed nothing additional.

**BUYERS BEWARE** I don't leave many reviews but this one is needed to warn others. I spoke to Max at ************* in ******* about buying a 2021 Toyota 4Runner Nightshade on 12/28/20. He confirmed it was available and we agreed on a price. I had a business check written out and we scheduled an appointment for 1:30pm on the same day. As I was driving down (1hr 45 min drive) I got a call and was told that another salesman sold the car. I'm confused as to how a business could operate like this so I spoke to ***** Sales Manager, Dylan. He confirmed that is indeed what they did because they had a buyer in the store wanting to buy it. I was told sorry that's the way it works. Do you think this is standard business procedures? Send them an email to ask so it doesn't happen to you.

Wanted to work with them on getting a Durango that they had for sale, the vehicles price was higher than others in the area so I sent them those vehicles, I was told that they were too good to be true... well they weren’t because I just went and bought my Durango from irwin for several thousand less with less miles and all of the same options.
