Marie is always willing to help and assist in any way. She made what could have been a very stressful, difficult day for me into a smooth transition after I changed my mind last minute about my unit location. It's usually very clean and I always feel safe there no matter what time of day.

I had a very good experience with the attendant at Life Storage in Westbrook recently. She quickly found a unit I could downsize to and made the sign up process very easy.

I stored my motorcycle here for a few months between rides. It worked out perfectly and due to the convenience of the location and the accommodating staff. Marie was the representative on-site and helped me get the unit set up. Very affordable prices. Would use life storage Westbrook again!

My review isn’t about the facility, it’s about the company locking and blocking your ability to make payments on your account. I forgot to set up autopay and after the first one, my account was locked and I was unable to pay online. Which does not make any sense in this day and age. It’s as if the company wants to make paying your account online as inconvenient as possible.

Highly recommend , professional & clean.I have been with the storage unit for 7 yrs or so , definitely not planned lol. The customer service here is and has always been outstanding and personal. Marie is a beautiful soul and treats everyone like family ?
