This is a review for my four year olds class only - but we love it! What an action packed hour long class. He gets out tons of energy and the instructors and kind and patient. The attention they get (two teachers for a small group) is great. Highly recommend for energetic kiddos!

My two year old daughter looks forward to coming to Gymnastics every week. Coach Paul is amazing with the kids, very energetic, funny, extremely patient (which is amazing quality to have while working with toddlers) and all around a great person. It takes my daughter a while to warm up to new people . She's extremely shy but she loves Coach Paul and constantly wants to work with him. I have no complaints!

I came here for open gym when my girl was two to meet some friends thinking to myself, "what are two years olds going to be able to do at a gymnastics gym". Then I walked in to what was surely more fun than Disneyland! They had two floors and separate gyms for kids under 5/6 with equipment just their size! So much equipment & things to climb & do.. the hour flew by in what seemed like 5 minutes. Fast forward to real classes with parent & then without & my daughter has learned so much its hard to quantify. Safety, balance, gymnastics, flexibility, common sense things, confidence, etc etc etc all while having fun. She's only 3 & I give this place so much credit for her abilities that seem more like they're more on a 5 or 6 year olds level. Open gym or classes.. this place is amazing & super fun for kids ages 1.5-18!

My kids LOVE getting energy out here. It's one of the few places that are age appropriate for both me 3 and 10 year old. There's a preschool area upstairs that's perfect for keeping the littles safe. The mini zip line and the slide that goes from the 2nd floor down to the first are my son's two favorite things to do. The main gym can be used by a variety of ages and abilities. There are trampolines, balancing beams, ropes to and nets to climb, uneven bars, rings and more. My kids love flipping, jumping, and vaulting into the multiple foam pit areas. The staff does a great job making sure the kids stretch before they begin. They go over the rules and oversee the equipment use the whole time. Parents need to do their due diligence to keep kids following safety protocols too, but overall it's an awesome place to play hard!

Maine Academy is a great place for the devoted team athlete to recreational gymnasts to babies just getting into movement and play, as well as kids wanting some variety in their activities. The owners are amazing devoted people. I would highly recommend a trip to open gym to check it out. (and the Halloween costume party open gym was always the highlight of our October!)

My grand daughters both started gymnastics at age 3. It has not only taught them many wonderful gymnastic skills, but what i call life lessons. Dedication, hard work, discipline and determination pay off. Facing your fears and over coming them. Knowing when to listen and when to speak up. Acceptiing a good score as gracefully as a bad one. Supporting your team mates and putting the team first above self. Respect for ones coaches and for each other! Life lessons learned while having fun!

Came for open gym with my 2 yr old & some friends.. 6 months later she’s in a first flight class & it’s SO remarkable what these little kids can do! Beyond the actual gymnastics or how much she loves all the equipment her size (they have a whole room! 2 actually!) & the trampolines.. my favorite part is her progression learning the flow & expectations of the class.. working as a team.. remembering where to go & walk & how to be safe! I’m so happy I brought her here & joined an actual class! Never would have thought 2 year olds could do so well! Also, she does summer salts with ease!

Great viewing areas for parents. Excellently trained coaching staff. Easy parent portal for enrollments. Fun and positive environment. We love going to open gym, on a rainy Friday night! Boys and girls competitive teams available, too.

Our experience started out great, my son is 4 and has autism and he’s non verbal. I explained all this to them when we started and the coaches were very accommodating allowing myself and my husband to be involved in the sessions as to help with communication and getting a routine for him.
