Though my husband and I appreciate the quality of the product for the price point, we have been disappointed with the level of customer service at this location. Most frequently when we've tried to ask an employee where a product is located, the response we have received is, "No English" and the employee has walked away without even attempting to get another employee who can be of assistance. In the check out line, the baggers completely ignore cross contamination concerns and fill the bags regardless of product type - routinely mixing raw meat with produce and cleaning products with food items. We have even attempted to bag our own groceries, which has not been well received. Though we understand turn over is high in the job market, but we wish management would train baggers on basic bagging guidelines.

Market Basket has always been well stocked and the prices are very reasonable. I like seeing so many varieties of pretty much everything. They have some unique offerings that I rarely see at other supermarkets.

Waited in line for 10+ minutes at the kitchen without being acknowledged by any of the four employees behind the counter. I hunted down a manager across the store who said this is common for their kitchen and that they usually have poor service. The manager then went into the kitchen and came back only to tell me they lost the order I placed days in advance for four pizzas. Don’t waste your time here, and go to Hannaford instead.

If they don't carry it, they probably have a great alternative. Great selection/different flavors/brands. It would be a 5* but the checkout process like most (couple lanes open, dozens closed).

I was visiting from the West Coast and went with a local friend to Market Basket. The store was amazing. Great selection and prices.. I am really sad we do not have these on the West Coast. Well done Market Basket!!!!!

Good selection but busy as all get out. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are cheaper the the big blue box store. Overall, good place to get your groceries.

Agree with their slogan.. “more for your dollar.”That’s why I shop here.
The lack of self checkout & the fact staff are forced to wear awfully outdated coat & tie uniforms makes them lose a star for me. Aside from that they have pretty much everything I need and love the fact they do deals for buying multiple items because I usually buy in bulk!
