Had a great experience with management after a billing conflict. I was expecting worst after not having belonged to a gym, specifically Planet Fitness, for decades. But the manager went above and beyond to make sure it was handled properly. Followed up as promised. And had a kind perspective throughout.

The place is great, clean and staff is nice but for the love of god please fix that arm bike thing that squeaks and has an enormously disruptive low pitch sound. It drives everyone crazy to the point I've left because it's so distracting.
