Great experience. Very good combination of old school professionalism with new online portals for transparency with all costs/fees. No surprises and just how purchasing a new vehicle in today's world should be. My purchase experience at Rowe was quick, seamless, and I could not be happier with my purchase! After sending an online inquiry Marty responded within moments. Marty is knowledgeable, straight forward and it’s easy to see that he genuinely cares about his customers. He started the process for me prior to my arrival to expedite the paperwork process which was greatly appreciated. Debbie completed my paperwork and was so kind and patient as we went thru each document. I was in and out quickly. Thank you Marty and Debbie for a great experience!

Being from Massachusetts, I make an effort to bring my truck to Rowe Ford in Westbrook for service. It never disappoints, the team at Rowe is very knowledgeable when it comes to servicing my F150 and I do appreciate that. I'm not really even sure where to begin, so let me give you the TLDR right away; Lou is a wonderfully patient man and he genuinely did everything he could to make me comfortable with my out of state purchase. I will exclusively purchase my vehicles through him from now on and you should too. And now for the long story;I have been searching for this vehicle for nine months. Countless test drives, dealers, online and in person experiences all ending as a tremendous waste of time with me frustrated beyond belief.Just as I was about to give up, I decided to expand my search nationwide rather than within a 5 hour radius of my home. Within a few days, I got the alert that my ideal vehicle was just listed at Rowe Ford and I immediately reached out to see if they would be willing to ship this car to me. Lou called me promptly, and said they absolutely would ship it to me. Once he put my mind at ease with the process, I put a deposit down to hold the car the same day.This vehicle purchase will be probably be my 15th from a dealer, and I think the 25th car I have owned. When I say this was the most painless, pleasant experience I have ever had, please trust that I mean it. I have never EVER purchased a vehicle sight unseen before, least of all from a dealership over 1000 miles away from me (I live in Ohio). Lou was patient with my anxiety about the process, he reassured me every step of the way and was more than willing to work with me to give me the confidence in this purchase, because lets be honest- putting this much faith in a dealership takes a SERIOUS amount of trust, especially one I can't even go to in person if there is a problem. He took videos of the car for me, emailed me pictures, anything I asked for he promptly got me the details.I researched the dealership and the transport company, and I was thrilled to find only good things that customers have said. Any disgruntled reviews are easy to see through in that the customers were not realistic in their asks of the dealership, so I was not concerned with those at all.They were unbelievably fair on the price of the car. They even worked with me a bit to offset the delivery cost. And when I say they were fair, I didn't even have to haggle on the price. The local dealerships near me were asking nearly 10k more for the exact same car- USED, and week after week I watched them sent off to auction because those dealers were just too unrealistic.The process took a bit longer than I would have liked, but I understand there were many challenges they had to overcome considering I was making an out of state purchase so I didn't mind. The delivery was very stressful for me, mostly just anticipating the car arriving and being undamaged and nothing wrong with it, but Lou was still there reassuring me every step of the way that it would all be just fine.At the end of the day, I got the exact car I wanted, at a price I was comfortable paying, and they made the arrangements to deliver it to MY FRONT DOOR. I purchased a Mazda from a Ford dealership, and this dealership treated me better than my local Mazda dealerships did! Honestly the worst part was the waiting.I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I am so grateful I took the chance and Lou was my salesmen.The only thing I am still waiting on is my plates and registration, but everything else has been wonderful and I absolutely love my new car. I am so so happy with this experience and I have told all my friends and family to reach out to Rowe for any of their future vehicle purchases.I hope my local dealerships are ashamed of themselves that an out of state dealership treated me with more respect than any of them did during my search.Rowe is 10/10. And I will be buying here again!Thank you so much Lou, and Rowe.

It was a pleasure working with Rowe and especially Chris Callahan. Chris was patient, friendly, and approachable for every step in the process. As this was our first EV, we had a lot of questions and Chris answered all of them. Matt in the finance department was equally approachable and answered all of our financial questions…even when Rowe’s team wasn’t sure of something, they found out! We couldn’t recommend Cris, Matt and their team more. First class!

Had Rowe do two recall repairs. Repairs were completed with no issues. The service people were helpful and professional. I am very satisfied with Rowe Ford and will not hesitate to go there in the future.

I have found Rowe Ford's service department to be exceptional. The tech who works on my car (Erik) always gives it a once over to make sure it is safe before returning it to me. Any work needed is identified, a price for repairs is quoted and agreed upon and the work is completed as quoted. I have found the service department to be fair in their assessment of any work required and I trust that my vehicle will be safe for me when I leave the dealership. If you are looking for a place to buy a vehicle and you want to be treated fairly I highly recommend them! Please be kind and patient though it’s super busy. We are selling over 270 vehicles a month. Rowe Ford sucks. They jerked me around for over 5 hours for a simple transaction. All I wanted to do was buy out my truck at the end of my lease but because I wouldn’t buy a new one and no one got commissions, they treated me like dirt. Most unethical business I’ve ever dealt with. I went to Lee Ram and got a gorgeous Ram truck and they treated me like family and bent over backwards to make an awesome deal with me. I say again, Rowe Ford sucks, buyer beware.

Had an issue with the AC on my brand new Ranger. Spoke to service and got a relatively quick appointment. Drop off was easy the night before by parking in the lot and filling out an envelope and putting keys in the drop box. Aria called me early on that next day to adivise the vehicle was in diagnosed and the part needed was ordered. I was given option to pick up or leave my vehicle until part was in. I chose to leave it as I did not need it. The part came in the next day and Aria called to let me know all was good and ready to pick up. Overall very seamless in drop off and communication. I totalled my car, i was desperately in need of a new vehicle. I knew i didnt have the best credit (just over 600) me and my husband were still waiting on the check from insurance to clear. We went in thinking lets just see what i could get on my own(his credit was worst than mine). We met with Matt and he was the nicest guy around. Then they crunched some number just to see what i could afford told them up front the most i wanted to pay monthly and what i had for a down payment. I was then sent to Liz and god the magic that wonman can do with the banks. She was able to drop sone of the mobthly payment down to under what i was willibg to pay and i drove out that day with a brand new Ford Bronco. The following week when i check finally cleared i went back to give it to then and Matt and Liz were there waiting for me. They detailed the inside and outside of the bronco and got me ecen more deals and add ons with no extra cost. Im telling you if you want a ford vehicle go the Rowe westbrook i went in there a nervous wreck abd came out with the weight lifted off my shoulders and huge smile on my face and a brand new bronco!

Got my 2013 Ford Escape from Rowe long ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Top notch. Jared was the best fastest and most professional. I explained to Jared and the mechanic my issues and concerns since I knew my lack of service that had been done to vehicle for years due to my health costs may be issue. Explained that I have no other transportation and would stay for fix. There was more than what coud be done in one day and parts done had to be ordered. They payed for uber home and updated me with other things that needed replacement. All these things I knew were issues and actually found my transmission wasn't one of the issues. After when vehicle was done Jared had it dropped off at my work with a full tank of gas. There was another issue found later that was fixed no cost. Also I found trim that had been fixed never mentioned it to me. And final cost was much less than estimate. Jared and the Mechanic both are the type you want in your tool kit.
