Terrible, terrible service and I don't think the "men" behind the counter could have been more rude to my wife if they tried. I was on the phone the entire time making sure she ordered everything we needed and to also pick up our online order that I placed yesterday morning but they still didn't have the 2 gallons ready until she got there on her lunch break at noon today. The website says they close at 7, so she got there yesterday at 4:48, same cars in the parking lot, lights on, but doors locked and no one answering the phone. I've been a painter for 20 + years, do yourself a favor and go to Lowes before going here, Lowes is right down the street. They overcharge for their paint and upsale you on paint that you don't need. Guess what all paint contractors get from Sherwin Williams unless the customer asks for something else-contractor grade paint. Available in any color and finish. Around $30 a gallon. Same exact stuff you can get at Lowes or Home Depot. I honestly can't believe how condescending they were to her. They wouldn't have treated her that way had I been there. Do better Sherwin Williams!!

First day received great customer service paid 62 .02$ for deck stain Two days later on sale for 48$ Brought it to the Managers attention told today sale started .With so many options to shop can't believe . This is customer service

I was very happy with the service I received, no wait, knowledgeable salesman who explained best options. Such a contrast with the lack of service I'm used to in the big box stores.

Excellent variety of colors available and all sorts of resource guides available in-store to help you determine which colors and styles go well together. Each staff member we spoke with was friendly, professional and helpful.

Helpful sales associates. Made me feel like Iwas special. Delivered the paint to my car for me. Having had a bad experience at a big box store in their paint dept. gave me a very good reason to try Sherwin Williams. The paint is excellent, great coverage and goes on like silk. The sales associates know their stuff!
