They were patient, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. They helped me box everything up properly and made sure everything was secure for shipping. It really felt like they cared and wanted to make the process as smooth as possible. I left feeling taken care of and grateful for their customer service. “I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break. For me, they have been friendly and helpful.”
