I came in with my sister’s wedding bouquet — delicate, sentimental, and destined to be preserved as a keepsake. It needed to be overnighted with extreme care, and the team at FedEx treated it like it was their own family heirloom.
They helped me wrap the bouquet with such tenderness, then taped the box securely and hand-labeled every single side with “Fragile” and “This Side Up” to make sure it would be handled properly from every angle. Their attention to detail was incredible — nothing rushed, nothing overlooked.
But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the people. They were so kind, so sweet, and genuinely present. We had the loveliest conversation while they worked, and I left feeling not just helped, but cared for. “I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break. For me, they have been friendly and helpful.”
“I do think the reviews are a little misleading, due to people leaving bad reviews for the mail carriers on the post office itself. My experience here was great. The woman working the front desk was nice to me, had a good conversation, and helped explain how to ship what I was trying to ship. All I can ask for really.”
