Great experience! Kind of dreaded going into a Tmobil after a poor experience in the past but this time ut was easy and quick. Definitely recommend this Tmobil location to do business!

I strongly recommend T-Mobile but there are some issues that need to be addressed.1) when I came into the Store today for my phone replacement, I was seeking help to transfer my photos (my happy memories about this country) but the employee Ms. Maria (a Caucasian lady) instantly started going through my phone, installing an app to transfer the photos.2) the employee Ms. Maria was refusing to enter into the phone's account, mentioning that the only way to access my family account was to do it through one of my family members whom was not present at the store with me.3) just from needing a simple task such as needing to transfer photos, I was taxed with emotional pain and having to stand on my feet to make sure that the employee Ms. Maria was using my phone in the most efficient way because i didn't have much time.4) I am a pregnant lady, I have suffered TWO brain strokes in this past year and I cannot stand still without feeling pain. I should have been able to sit down while waiting, but the employee Ms. Maria was too unprofessional for me to have trusted her with the process.5) I was able to successfully transfer the photos from my old phone to my new replacement phone simply by using Bluetooth ? I had to do it myself.6) the employee Ms. Maria refused to use her own mind and refused to ask her higher-up for advice on how to do her job. The employee Ms. Maria was consistently operating like a robot.7) I felt unwelcomed at this particular store.8) my advice is to provide more employee training to improve quality of Customer Service.

The lady who waited on me Monday August 7th at around 1 pm did not like her job. She was unpleasant. I was looking into switching services from U.S cellular to t-mobile. But her personality threw me right off. Thinking if this is how a person in the store is I can only imagine what t-mobile customer service is like. If she doesn't like her job maybe she should look for something else. Miss Sourpuss isn't doing your store any good.P.s. I normally don't complain but she was something else.

Run, don't walk so you can get some incredible deals. Outstanding service at the Westbrook location when I was looking to move from Spectrum. They spent a good amount of time w me explaining my options and continually searching their promos to get me the best deal. I left with my new tower, plugged it in when I got home and voila! I am receiving fantastic reception (didn't change my connection at all for TV or computer) and not held captive by Spectrum and their ever-changing promotions. $30 for internet - locked in for Life with Autopay - Netflix and Apple TV for free (another $20 savings) $85ish for phone - includes apple watch $73 for YTTV (separate purchase - may be looking for an alternative) No added taxes or fees! Total Savings after adding YTTV is still a little more than $80 a month and my internet is locked in for life. Store Manager: Devon Associates: Lacy, Autumn and Anna Maria All were just great. Patient, extremely knowledgeable and fun.

After 20 plus years with Verizon I switched to T-Mobile this week! A big move but a necessary one...increased prices, poor connectivity and customer service. Lacie, at the Westbrook store, made it a very good experience! She stayed after closing to finish my switch over and answered my many questions. Thank you Lacie for excellent customer service! I highly recommend you and T-Mobile to others!

My wife is a first responder and T Mobile now offers very good pricing for those in the medical or FR field. We took advantage of this discount and walked away with four of the newest phones and minimal cost only trading two older phones in. The 4 line top tier magenta plan we signed up for has 5GUC with incredible coverage around the state, which is why we left Spectrum. To boot, we picked up a Gateway cellular home internet box at $30 per month for 5g home internet service, ditching spectrum internet at home as well. So far, so good on the cellular based home internet, and our cell phones are new and now blazing with 5GUC. Thank you Devan and Curtis for all your help!

This was the best customer service experience I have had in many many many moons. The salesperson was extremely helpful. In addition he helped another person who came in the store and was having a bit of a problem with their phone. He did this with a smile on his face.I cannot tell you how nice it was to see such good customer service .

I took my husband to get a new iPhone after about 6 months of him complaining about his old iPhone 8. He was reluctant b/c he thought they were going to try to sell him something fancy his didn’t need, etc. Not only did Devin in Westbrook *not* do that, he helped my husband transfer his line over & got him the SE, which is perfect for my husband and had exactly what he wanted with nothing super fancy (we didn’t even know it existed). Devin & team answering all of our questions even though I thought mine were a little self explanatory, they didn’t make us feel like that. Also, he was training/ job shadowing with a new hire & even his new hire seemed to *not* be new because he was helpful and knowledgeable as well!

What a nightmare. My husband and I went in today to switch providers and get Maine phone numbers. During the process a female employee told us to go into our find my phone app and remove the device. We followed the instructions and it completely wiped out our phones. Locked them and it also reported them as stolen. The store employees had no solution to the nightmare they created. We ended up canceling the service right then and there. Beyond the worst experience and still trying to recover our phones. Run far from here. Will never use T-Mobile after this afternoon. Horrible.
