2014 VW Jetta Sportwagen-needed to find a VW shop in the Portland area and came across VW GARAGE ! I talked to Colby who has great customer service and he was able to send me a quote for a seat belt replacement. Price was great and I was able to get it done quickly. The owner Cory was also exceptional and responded to me right away even while he was out of the country! Would highly recommend

Brought my TDI in for a timing belt job that ended up being a learning experience for all involved. For all you fellow VW enthusiasts out there, if you're searching for a mechanic you can actually rely on and trust with your baby, seriously, look no further than Cory and the VW Garage team. Recently had my RS6 in for drivability issues. The guys I spoke with were knowledgeable and quick to find an issue with the turbo starving for oil. Back on the road in no time at a much more reasonable rate than the dealer. Thank you guys!

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy-place of business! After bringing a car there that I needed diagnostic work on, I got a call 2hrs Later saying the motor had a dead cylinder and needed further diag to figure out why it was a bad motor. 5 min after approving said diag work I received another call with a quote for a new motor or a machined motor costing between 6-10k dollars. At that point I decided to pick up the car and get a second opinion from jack vw in Saco (much better to deal with). We finally actually got an answer and a much lower quote! Do not take your vw to this garage if you want it done right and without a price gouge. They make fake reviews to mask the bad ones aswell! Update: ever since uploading this review the owner, the managers, and the employees have resorted to defamation of my name and harassment instead of actually trying to fix anything. I’ve been reaching out to past customers that have had the same experience as we did and we are not alone! This place will lie, steal, and cheat you out of your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Thanks for getting us in and servicing the dsg on our vw jsw while we were on a road trip. They even replaced the latch on the rear hatch that had been giving us problems. They got us back on the road in no time. Great communication, customer service and fast turnaround time. 10/10 would recommend

If you own a Volkswagen or Audi product, anything euro or even a vehicle you love I can’t think of a better place to take your car.
If I’m gonna pay somebody to work on my vehicle, this is the shop that gets my business time and time again!

Brought my s4 here had them out my exhaust on and do downpipes and test pipes, they faced my v band studs towards the ground was like an inch and half lower then any part of my car, and they only used 2/3 hangers for my exhaust and just left one sitting there freely, kinda of little stuff, but idk I want someone to work on my car like it’s there and this wasn’t that, I never called cause it was a ways later when I bought my catback and noticed it, I assumed you guys did fine

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Corey, Pat and the crew are second to none. They’re the only guys to ever tell me I don’t need something done on my car which by today’s standards is rare. Had a clunking sound coming from my rear suspension and for the life of me couldn’t find the culprit for three months. Called up VW, Pat got me scheduled in no problem. Corey pinpointed the root cause as a worn shock mount within 30 minutes. Guys had me back on the road in a day. That’s what makes me a return customer, the great quality service. Thanks guys!
