I went into the Westbrook Maine store at 4pm on Thursday Dec. 29th 2022. I went in to upgrade my phone and Seth was who worked with me. We ran into… some issues…to say the least with the phone I picked and Seth was very polite and very professional in how he handled the situation. Seth has a very soft and calming voice and when things are going wrong it’s nice to hear. Seth was there on his day off and with the problems we had he was there well after close working to get me into my new phone.While Seth was waiting for new phone to update he talked to me like a friend and not just a customer and it made waiting much easier!Seth went above and beyond when he didn’t have to and it was much appreciated! Thank you for everything again Seth…I hope you see this!Also, Kevin stayed with us and was very helpful throughout this process too.-Amanda

I popped in a few weeks back to look at phone cases. The man & woman working here are VERY IMPRESSIVE. I watched & listened to them finesse their way through two awkwardly loud & difficult customers in a row. It was a marvel. When they were done I was given a great education in phone cases. The fellow didn't "tech" me to death and made it very clear the differences between each case. I left with the best phone case I have ever owned. The whole experience was amazing.

I went in 15 mins before they closed so I could pay my bill. I got told that it was “sent to collections” and to “call collections and figure it out myself” with NO information on who to call, the guy seemed more interested in his shift ending than helping me or give me any information. Needless to say I just got off the phone with US Cellular and my account is NOT in collections, and they told me they do not understand why the worker told me it was in collections, or without giving me information on who to call. Pretty frustrated as I rushed there after my shift to be told something that was wrong, and sent into a panic as I had a payment arrangement done prior to myself coming in.

We worked with Laura last night. Let me just say that walking into that store was awesome. We had ATT and they used to be good. Now their service both with cell and customers service has gone down hill. We had a rep at the Sanford store steel 500 dollars that was supposed to go down on a phone. It’s been nearly 2 months and nothing has been done. We’ve gotten the run around repeatedly. Don’t use the Sanford ATT store.Anyways, we live in a valley and Laura said we shouldn’t have a problem. She was right. We have better service than with ATT. Laura was knowledgeable and pleasant. She was awesome. Don’t hesitate to visit the Westbrook Maine store. You won’t be disappointed.

I switched to United States Cell. Kevin McLane Jr. the salesperson is very knowledgeable. Also the manager of the store is great. I would totally recommend this location and all the employees that work there.

Good store, good times and god service!! Phone virus but they said you have not to worry! Would come back again, for the next phone I buy!! GREAT SMARTPHONE EXPERIENCE!! Fantastic mattress store.

I often wonder how my life would be different without Syler helping us get phones. Before Tyler we never would have bought something like a jbl speaker or a tablet. But there he was to sell us the features and benefits. He related the conversation to our lifestyle and really drove the value home. Just like that we were sold.He even took care of the hackers inside of my phone. You see, these hackers had been following my family around from my computer and my old phone for years. But good old siulus fixed it. When you get a phone go see him regularly and often. He will sit with you patiently and help you resolve all the issues. He will do everything in his power to help you learn how to use the phone. He is patient , professional and calm. I texted and called him all the time. He's my cell phone guy and I can't wait for a new phone and to get the new galaxy phone with my free upgrade.

I been with uscellular for 4 yrs and bought 2 I pads and 2 home phones and hot spot and 3 phones paid them off and the phone I have now was a two year contract and paid it off w/ divice protection and my phone died 21/2 yrs later and went in to get it fixed and they said to call the 1-800 4800167 to file a claim and I did they wanted $175.00 after paying protection at $300.00 or I could upgrade to new phone and a 30 months contract I just wanted to fix the phone I had but no fixing and me no contract so I paid $300. For what nothing and broken phone
