“I have Dr Bailey for my pets . She has a great bedside manner with my babies . Sincerely caring and bring herself to their level to make me and them more comfortable ! Love her and her assistant who is with her . They listen and genuinely respond to my concerns .She has been out due to a n injury and I had to talk to Leah Goodman . I have dealt with her before and disliked her very much . Condescending and don’t like the way she speaks to me or handles my pets and will never see her again. I called for a renewal of UTI medicine for my dog as she got another UTI. She did fill it, but told me that I never went to drop off the urine sample after meds were completed and I tried to explain to her why that my Stepmom and friend passed away ,She said she didn’t need to hear why. Dont know why she is at this hospital because everybody else is amazing there. Can’t wait for Dr. Bailey to get back . Nicola”

“I will never take my cats anywhere else. I've taken my cat Wanda here for two-ish years after moving to the Portland area and always experienced very specialized and quality care. They were able to catch a cancer diagnosis in my cat a year before her time, and Dr. Abby and Nicole were so incredibly patient, gracious, and thoughtful when they came to our tiny apartment to help my cat pass on. I will never (!!!) forget their kindness and empathy in a very overwhelming and challenging time. Maddie at the front desk was so responsive and understand as well. THANK YOU all. It was also really important for me to find a vet that was not bought out by private equity and that treated cats only. Cats on Call is a gem. They have the cutest office kitties too :-)”

“This is the BEST veterinary clinic I've ever had the privilege of having. Once my dog realized that she was actually loved by the doctors and staff she was not anxious. First time in visiting many clinics. Every doctor is top notch here. They are not only the best professionally they actually care about the animals. AND they are reasonably priced. I know when I'm being gouged and they never tried to get me to purchase something that wasn't in my pets best interest. Eventually I had to sadly bring my geriatric dog for her last visit about a month ago. They were so loving and amazing and made a very difficult time as smooth as possible for myself and my precious dog who never suffered and was peaceful till the end. I can't thank them enough. I will drive 45 minutes to this clinic past many others, because I want the BEST when I get my new dog.”

“I just had to write this review in praise of Pine Point animal hospital and staff and Dr. Drew and his kind, compassionate care of my Penny. Penny has bladder cancer but is still going on good medicine. Recently she developed giarda (sp) and has extreme diarrhea. Really scary blood and poop all over. He calmed me down and said we're still hopeful she'll get through this. Thanks so much for all your support for Penny and me.”

“The waits are pretty long and the fees are expensive, but they saved my kitty's life. After our regular vet misdiagnosed her, we brought my sweet middle-aged cat here where they brought her back to health. Now, just a few days after she was about to die, she's at home and playing with her toys. She wouldn't be alive without them. I will say, they need more vets. From what I've come to understand, they may only have one actual vet there at a time, and vets that do specific testing are only there on certain days, so it may take hours to days to truly find what's wrong with your animal. Still, they didn't push us into surgeries do have official diagnoses. When it was pretty clear what was going on, they just treat the animals for that instead of trying to pressure owners into the extra testing. The fees are crazy expensive. We couldn't really afford it, but having my precious angel home and on the road to health is worth it. So, if you can't get into your regular vets and are having an emergency, from my family's experience, your animal is in good hands.”
