Store #19692 Gorham Maine Horrible, Horrible Drive Through. Some weeks I go without getting my medications. The drive through is out in the back away from the store itself and has an old 25 year old intercom and display. The display always fails to be on or is broken. Pushing the 'call button' seems to do nothing as I wait and wait (10 minutes or more) not knowing if anyone got the msg I was waiting... I usually just have to drive away w/ no meds. Very poor operation, and reflects on poor management period as they have been notified and nothing is don to fix or make better. Zero Stars and now I have been forced to change to another pharmacy. Just a sad operation.

I cannot express how disgusted I am with this store. I went to the register and a snotnosed teenager behind the register refused and to cash me out, wouldn't even look at me. she just kept looking at the other guy at the counter, who also refused to wait on me. Then the gentleman stocking the shelves asked them to wait on me, and they still refused. So he put his boxes and cashed me out. With the mini-Karen next to him smirking and refusing to work, finally a man came to the counter, and she waited on him. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable on every level. While walking out the door, the teenager continued to glare at me while ignoring the customer in front of her. They only have business because Rite Aid went of business.

Just watched 2 employees refuse to wait on a woman standing at the register. One young female employee encouraged other people to come to the register, wouldn't acknowledge the woman. The gentleman unpacking boxes had to sign in to a register to ring her out after pointing out the customer again, both refused to serve. It was disgusting. She was humiliated. And the female behind the counter was smirking like she was proud of herself. Gross behavior by unprofessional, disrespectful, juvenile employees.

It's a pharmacy, they fill prescriptions per MD orders. For a company that is drastically under staffed,this location does all it can. The tech's are very professional and pleasant. The pharmacist is as helpful as they can be considering they are rotated to various locations. They don't have the opportunity to get to know their customers. Now they are closed on weekends! I just wish corporate would step up their game as much as they expect their pharmacy staff to.

I was told I could not receive money after 830 pm. You should probably change the hours on your info! Not happy 😡
