JJ verified that the purchased item was compatible with my truck. Then, with freezing rain falling from the sky, JJ installed the tow hitch, even needing to be on his knees to make it happen.
It is challenging to find the right words to describe the gratitude for someone like JJ. He not only made our day, he gave us that type of good faith in humanity that only comes from a value driven person.
