Every time I order a package and it gets delivered through usps it gets bent and shoved into my mailbox and destroys my package. It's not acceptable to bend packages to make them fit. If they could be bent they'd be in smaller packages.

Mail doesn’t get delivered when it says it’s going to. Call to find out why get told 2 different stories on why? Mail gets put on people’s lawns instead of the box. Customer Service is HORRIBLE and they don’t care how they treat customers anymore either!

The postal deliver left my package on the ground in front of my house in the snow. I came out asking why he did that? He said he didn't know where to leave it where there was 2 doors. 1 door is blocked off and has a sign that says: THIS IS NOT A DOOR! ➡️. His response was "Oh well next time I will know.."

With the exception of a rigid worker about five years ago, I have been a completely satisfied customer here for nineteen years. Always courteous pleasant and efficient service has been my experience no matter how overworked they are in some seasons.

I can't count how many times I've either had someone else's mail put in my box or my mail delivered to someone else. They need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Just today I had a package from Amazon tell me that my package was out for delivery. I got my regular mail but no package. Now it says that my delivery has been delayed. Well if the mail carrier was paying attention it wouldn't be delayed. These are just a few of the problems I've had...there have been many more.

I've always enjoyed going to the Wilton Post office. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We're very lucky to have the Wilton post office and the people who keep our post coming and going here.

We have 4 people that have our 4 make boxes together in one group and every day the mail just gets in the wrong box. I guess the big black and white numbers are too hard to decipher.

Really??? I have a package that is delayed from amazon and it tells me that my package is at the post office, so I go down to pick it up and they tell me that my package is there but I cannot have it!!!! WHAT??? IT HAS TO BE DELIVERED??? What is wrong with this picture.

I feel the staff did not take me seriously when I had rented a post box for a week and I had mail delivered into bothersome neighbors box where I rent on fault of the post offices ability too stop delivering my mail where I rent. My neighbor went through my mail and wrote on my mail apologizing for opening it delivered on a Sunday at 12 so I don't believe it was an accidental action. They apologized but couldn't hold her responsibility to the events. I'm still renting but I have not appreciated the rudeness of one male worker. I am not in knowledge why after they weren't going to do anything about my neighbor they processed too put her mail in my money boughten box. I thought it was rude and degrading. I had a parcel too pick up at the post office and I was looking at my mail holding my son still an infant. I was going too ask for my parcel after I was done but I was ushered too give my box number and I recited it. I got my parcel but when I started to open it I was told there was space away from the counter. I felt pushed away and it wasn't a friendly interface. I feel this male worker is not right for the post job as for the other employees they have had there days but the male is consistently rude in one fashion or another. It is only a good interface when the interface is short and sweet. I hope that others have not had this difficulties.
