Staff hardly knows where anything is in store. Barely knows basic info about products. Store hours say open till 9pm but posts a piece of paper on the door drawn in sharpie saying closed at 7pm like they make their own hours. Later on, arrived 15 minutes before “7pm” to find the place locked up already. Called over the phone to ask questions about spark plugs in stock and the guy sat on the phone in silence for a couple minutes and hardly knew how to speak words as if intoxicated.

drove an hour to this advance auto parts on Sunday afternoon. Arrived one hour before closing they were just closing the doors and locking up claiming that they were short staffed and it didn't matter what it said on the website. Avoid this store.

Posted store hours do not reflect actual store hours. Ordered parts online because the advance auto parts website said they were open till 9, and google also says 9, headed over and the store actually closed at 7 according to a note taped to the door. Like Really? On a Friday?

They sold me the wrong part to my car, went to return and didn’t have the card. The next day manager Danny Waydelis would not honor the return due to a missing bolt….. they don’t know what they’re doing here, don’t bother.

Website says open till 9 pm drove a hour and they closed. So sick of these stores not updating their websites. I'll never buy another part from them againIt's quite apparent that our time means nothing to them and don't value me as customer. This place will close with all the online stores selling same parts for less then half and usually get them within a day or two. At least not wasting two hours driving when they know their website says 9pm . They close at 7

Terrible place bought a battery for my lawn mower and it wouldn’t even turn it over. Brought it back the next day they said it tested good and there is nothing they can do. I’m stuck with the battery.Went to NAPA picked up a battery put it in and no problem lawn mower started.I’ll never go to Advance again
