My appointment was at four I waited till 440. I explain to the girl that I wanted my nails cut down. She didn't do that. She cut my finger so badly that I had to go to the emergency room I asked for a specific color she picked her own color, the whole point of me shortening my nails is because I have a three year old. This is not my normal nail salon. My biggest pet peeve is when they don't listen or and then I end up in the emergency room with a cut and I still have to pay never said her name all I know is that she's a number six that's where she was at, but then by the time it came to paint it she switched off with a man she knew I was unhappy and another only did she cut me she nicked me another finger and they make you buy the boxes but they don't even put you on a piece to the drill on I mean, if you're pregnant and you're tired and it's the end of the day then go home and have somebody else do the nails because my nails are the same length. No I've had a tetanus shot. I don't usually complain but after that ordeal yeah I'm complaining you ar

Without a doubt, the best manicure and dip I have ever had!!!!! The shop is clean and pleasant, with very nice technicians. He shaped them beautifully, did not nick my cuticles with the dremmel (as many others have done!), and the dip is subtle, not thick. Just great!! The picture does not do it justice. I am definitely going to be a regular customer. Highly recommend!!!!!

I wanted to get a pedicure after not having one for a couple years, and I decided on this place because of the decent reviews. The pedicure was good except for one thing... the nail technician just decided to remove/pull out my ingrown toenail. I had small ingrown toenails on either side of my big toes, and without any warning, she removed it all the way down to the root of the nail. It was incredibly painful and something I had never seen before at a salon. After googling it when I got home I found out that nail technicians are NOT supposed to remove ingrown nails like that, it's supposed to be done in a sterile environment as a medical procedure.Now, this all would have been fine and could have been avoided if she had just communicated about it and gave me an option of whether or not to have them removed, but she just went for it and was 3/4ths of the way down the nail pulling it out before I really felt the pain and realized what was going on. The rest of the pedicure went great and the lady was really nice, but that part was really invasive and disappointing.

I went in to get my nails done today and it was my first time ever getting my nails done. i was nervous because i didn’t want them to look bad, i was definitely right. the lady who did them was very nice but the nails are not what i asked for at all. i asked for coffin nails and they are very square, even a little flared out on some of the tops. some of them are uneven or crooked and you can see through all of the nails to. i asked for a simple little heart on my middle finger and the heart is more than half the size of the nail. the acrylic is also very thick, i thought it was supposed to be like that until i saw pictures of what they were really supposed to look like. i’m so upset because i have homecoming tonight and have no way to fix them before. im going to have to try and fix them myself or rip them off. i know people are gunna say i should’ve said something but, like i said, i’ve never gotten my nails done before. i didn’t know if they were going to be filed again, painted over again, etc. i’m a 16 year old girl, i have no clue what to even say. i’ve honestly just wasted 50 dollars and an hour of my time. i’m literally just so upset.Service: Acrylic nails

This was the worst manicure I have ever had. He was extremely rough and gave me a friction burn through my nails, cut me with the clippers and then scraped his long dirty finger nails under my super short nails and broke skin. I also don't even like the way my nails looked after. Very rushed and unprofessional. Highly suggest reading the previous reviews beforehand.Service: Gel manicures

Today I walked in for a pedicure, I looked around the polishes for about a minute before 1 of the 2 employees there noticed me, as they were doing pedicures on two other customers. The female working asked me what my name was and I told her then replied I didn't have an appointment. She then said something to her coworker and rudely told me I would have to make a appointment then come back. I then replied I could just go else where, she then said something underneath her breath that I could not understand. I will not return to this business for the rudeness.

Service was good. Tran did my pedicure which was totally awesome. He was awesome.I felt shorted on my nails by Kim. When I have had them done before at other places, they dremnel down after the acrylics are done beneath the nail. This was not done. I left with thickened nails and glue on my fingers.I will give her another chance. She was super nice.Services: Pedicure

Read the reviews before you go! Had my nails done a week and 2 days ago. Over the weekend the nails started to lift and one popped off. I called to have them redone. Kim who answered the phone told me that I worked to hard and that dips don’t last long, maybe a week! Come back on 2 weeks and they will fix it. They only Guarantee them for 7 days. They did make me an appointment and when I went, Kim was very rude along with the other lady that was there, raising their voices at me. The owner ended up fixing two of my nails, he was nice, however I will not go back there. Totally unprofessional and do not do nails well at all.Service: Dip powder

Talkative and ok removed my old nails roughly with the plastic nails extension! It hurt and had me jumping and pulling away. It was a little expensive but I do like my nails
