Joel was the only employee and there were 4 customers ahead of me. Two of them required extensive help; however, Joel acknowledged everyone, worked with other customers when waiting for transfers to occur or for assistance from people he called because he was unable to resolve the issue, and always had a smile on his face and in his voice. He was pleasant to the very end, even though he was working well past the store closing time and made sure everyone was satisfied with the resolution of their problems. He was an exemplary employee and should be recognized for his superior customer service.

Jesse was wonderful, so so help. I pushed 1 accidentally SHE is a 5 and much more. She is so knowledgeable. For a girl at 19 to be so patient, and kind. To go the extra mile for me, a seventy yr old, was just so very amazing.. She took hours and I mean hours to resolve so many issues with my old phone transferring all my data. The other rep said she would have sent me home to resolve on my own. So grateful for Jess. I was very pleased.

Had to go several times lately and it’s always a long line with just one worker in the store. Waited over 45 minutes just to ask a simple question. Salesperson didn’t even acknowledge us or apologize for the long wait. Maybe it’s time to switch networks.

i came into the windham store with an update issue. john and jess sat patiently with me and made me feel special. my phone that baffled me for 2 days is now perfect! they are great manager/employees! hats off!!!

We changed from Verizon to AT&T. We did not have to wait long fortunately. Justin was a very welcoming and knowledgeable AT&T representative. We left with all that we went in there for.

Just had the most pleasant meeting with John Brown at the Windham AT&T store. His customer skill are outstanding especially with older seniors like me. I feel so confident working with him, that's a skillset which is appreciated. Can't say enough, if you want to learn/know about cell phones please check him out..He will guide you in the right direction..Thanks John for helping me replace my melted charger cable that could have caused a fire or destroyed my cell phone.

I upgraded to the new IPhone 15 pro. All 3 sales representatives were great. I left knowing everything was completed top notch.I also want to praise a new young lady at the store. She shared she was new, yet worked hard with her fellow staff members to make sure everything was done correctly. AT&T found a great addition to their staff in Windham Maine.Thanks to all for a great experience.

I stopped Friday to get a new iPhone. The sales associate told me there was nothing he could do for me. I have been an att customer for over 25 years and I will be switching to spectrum. My account and 3 phones were paid in full. I guess they don’t need good customers
