Automill was very rough on my vehicle. I only had a blown tire, but when I got home after them (I did not ride in the cab because they had their child in the cab), there was significantly more damage to my car, especially the siderail hanging off and the bumper being busted after he dumped the rear end at least a foot into a packed snow bank. Then, they left the key running, so by the time I was ready to have towed to a shop, the battery was dead. Completely unprofessional!

why lie about helping your customers? ... I can't stand lying greedy women like her, lied about the car. Lied about helping. And told me to not call my mechanic yet she lied about helping

Very bad business ethics can't get back to people or answer their calls and will not call you you'll be lucky to get one text message from them and then they decide not to reply back at all after you answer them I see that is extremely disrespectful you don't text message somebody you call them

If I could give these money hungry couple 0 stars i would, they do not deserve the 1 it takes to be able to comment. If you are ever in an accident and the cops call this tow company REFUSE AT ALL COST!!!! They did not give me an option on were my car went they will bring your car to their place we're they will now have full control over what happens next. If you want a different tow company to tow your car from there, they will caim non payment for the orignal tow even tho you offerd cash and have AAA, without reason they will in-pound your car. These people cost me 1 and and half days of progress, so they could charge my insurance company double what the bill should have been for the tow to there shop and the tow to the shop. Thankfully I had a woundful Rep from progressive that helped me get my car from the grasp of these people. I went from having a bad day, to being nothing short of pray in a honorable, and venerable situation. Let my experience save you the trouble ....RUN...I just hope my car is not worse off then it was I can not validate what happened to it while in their care.🤞🤞

Purchased a subaru from here for 7500 for the work done to it and they dont return phone calls, messages on their facebook, or text messages. Go to call their cell phones and it goes straight to voicemail after one ring like they decline the call. Only time you can talk to them is if you show up in person if they are there.
The vehicle i Purchased from them supposedly had a new "short block, timing chain, water pump". When it was installed the timing was way off and went back to them to figure out the issue. After the 4th time going to them the turbo failed due to the oil inlet screen being clogged with metal shavings. After getting the turbo replaced was still having timing issues. The timimg destoryed the motor and the dealer i took it to be looked at and repaired found:
Cylinders 1 and 3 were never replaced and failed a leak down test 50% on cylinder 3 and 62% on cylinder 1. During the lead down test the motor would start rotating to the lowest portion of the stroke. (Not supposed to move in a leak down test.) The valve train was damaged due to the timing being off. The motor mount nuts were missing. Missing the hardware for the down pipe. The thermostat housing only had silicone holding it in place instead of the hardware. The bell housing is missing bolts and the ones in it were finger tight not torqued. This just a start to the list that was given to me by the dealership.
Right now to fix everything wrong and be able to drive it with new parts the parts bill is $17,842.61 then the labor on top of it.

Bought a car in august 2022. Paid 5k for a 2006 Subaru I knew it was way overpriced I was desperate and needed a car immediately. I ended up in one year putting 6k in repairs into it while trying to save for a down on a reliable car. Everything from the gas tank leaking to all the bearings needing replacement…they are your typical scammy junkyard car seller. They slap an inspection sticker on where it would fail anywhere else, pretend like they care and move on to the next unsuspecting customer. I waited over a year to write this review and I wish I had never been desperate enough to give them my money. The transmission went completely while my spouse was driving and we are junking the car

These guys are just flat out awesome. Just bought a new to me 2008 Subaru legacy last night. Sarah was awesome to deal with. She's very upfront and honest with everything. So glad I did business with them. Definitely recommend for people to come deal with them.

They offer a car towing service you should never use. They did not delver my car to where I told them to. They held it over night. When I call to see where my car was as it was not delivered to its destination, I was told they did not do it that evening, I again asked them to deliver it to where I specifief. They told me it would be done late that day. I called said destination and was told my car was not there and was never dropped off. I called Automill and was told they did not deliver it as they were waiting to hear back from my insurance company. Now we are going over a 2 day period and they never call to let me know they still had my car because they were waiting to talk to my insurance company. They never called me to ask if I could help with the insurance company, they just let me think everything was fine. They are very unprofessional and very rude when confronted with what they did. I informed them they should give their customers heads up when their end of the bargain is not complete. For this I would give them a big fat ZERO!!! My advice DO NOT USE THEM.

I dealt with Sarah this morning and she was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond and helped me find a new UHaul when another location had my reservation double-booked. Thank you so much Sarah for saving the day when others told me there wasn't anything they could do.I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Automill LLC for their customer service. Though I wasn't there to buy a car, this is a location I will be checking in with when that time comes.

Wish I could give zero stars. They sell horrible cars. They will advertise on Facebook marketplace that they have cars, that's how I found them. Bought one of the cars and they had fixed it just barely enough to have it last barely too long to have it be covered under a lemon law. But once that threshold passes everything fails at once. After a year of non stop issues with the car the brake line burst. Brought it to VIP and they showed us a ton of stuff wrong with the vehicle and it's barely worth parting out and the issues would have started to decline before we bought it. If you contact automill to have them service your vehicle they will schedule you but when you show up they say you never had an appointment and parts were not ordered and they'll stop responding to any calls, texts, or emails. After a while if you do by some miracle get them to respond to you it will only be so they can be defensive then they'll stop communicating again.
