“I bought the “Ultra Tunnel” membership plan. It is worth it. One of the first things I look at in an automatic car wash is the condition of the brushes are they clean. Many are not you can tell easily. Here they are immaculate. So I know that my truck is not getting dirt, beaten into it and scratched. Also, the attendance at the beginning really do a complete brush down. I like the service I feel like it is a very thorough wash beginning to end and they actually have enough time to dry your vehicle many places have a time that is too short. Very economical plan I can do it ad often as I want, personnel or friendly and my truck looks sparkling clean.”

He is consistently friendly, polite, and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. It is rare to find someone who treats every customer with genuine kindness and respect, but he does it effortlessly every time.

“I loved this car wash. I usually go to Scrub a dub and I'm not usually satisfied. My car came out super clean. I have a white car and I hate seeing any dirt or grime on it. This is my go to place from now on. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the vacuum didn't work that well.”
“Ed’s was recommended to me by my mechanic for rust repair. They replaced my rocker panels on both sides and did a perfect job for an incredibly fair price and in a day and a half! Ed and his son are not only knowledgeable but are extremely nice people as well so I was happy for the opportunity to support their business. They even washed my car, polished my headlights and shined my tires for free! I love these guys and would absolutely use them in the future.”

“This gas station has the best automatic car wash in the greater Portland area. I used to go to Scrub-a-Dub but my car always had more scratches on it after being washed there. Ever since I started washing it here, there have been no additional scratches on it. It also seems to do a better job than the one at Irving (Cash Corner) or the one on Broadway across from the bowling alley, which is super fancy but always leaves parts of the car dirty and applies way too much wax. The simple, unassuming car wash at Big Apple cleans thoroughly, doesn't scratch, and doesn't over-apply wax. What more could you want?”

“I had to ask to get the back of my car sprayed, The guy did a quick spray on one side of the front and that was it. Most car washes I have gone to spray the front back and both sides, Not here. Maybe next time. BTW, I have the ultra plan.”
