!!!!!!! PSA: DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!
This is why looking at reviews first is important. I blindly went in with my daughter and niece for manicures 23 days ago. The first 3 pictures are from day 3 after having my nails done and the last one is from TODAY. The man burned me with the e-file so badly, my hand went flying from reflex.instead of apologizing or even acknowledging what he had done, he moves onto doing the most sloppy and half done manicure I’ve ever experienced. I bit my tongue and didn’t complain. My daughter’s nail person was confused and could not understand her. A younger man had to come and explain it to him and was clearly frustrated with the old man, I think it was his son. He was grumpy which made the experience even more uncomfortable for her. He was clearly completely unqualified. Luckily her nails weren’t terrible but they weren’t great and the process wasn’t enjoyable. My neice then went to a women who seemed bothered by having to paint her nails. Very snobby and lacked all customer service skills.
I left a tip and left. The pain in my nail from the e-file burn went away by the time we left until 2 days later i woke up to my finger throbbing and swollen. I tried all the home remedies til I caught a fever and went to quick care. Turns out it’s a bacterial nail infection called ParomychiaThe pain was unbearable, they had to drain it and prescribed an anti biotic. Did some digging and the reviews say it all. On google and yelp. This place has been negligent/ unsanitary and flat out rude/mean to their customers. adding extra charges without telling their customers and not doing real manicures. This place needs to be shut down. There was a woman 6 years ago whom also got a nail infection there. They did this to me being well aware that it has happened to somebody and could happen again. I will be posting a public post exposing this place as well. I don’t want this to happen to anybody else! Shut this place down!!!

I have been 4 times, and 100% of the time was horrible customer service, 75% of the time was a horrible manicure and 50% of the time I was hurt by their drill or their nippers. Not to mention, they laugh and make fun of you right in front of you, thinking you have no idea. I would not recommend this salon to anyone for any reason.

got my nails done there today, nail lady was very anti social, and watched a show on her phone the whole time which is probably why my nails look like THIS. no clean up underneath, not even anywhere at all, not even sure what the shape is of some of my nails, as I asked for coffin style and maybe only 2 of my nails look correct. Waste of $60 and not to mention, one of the FIRST things I asked for was LIGHT almost white, PINK. With sparkles. Yuck

The nail tech I had was so so nice and he did my dip French tip nails (wich are very hard) so good.
Stylist: My stylist was Niko, he was very friendly and he did an awesome job.

Service is great. Staff is kind. Scheduling seems to be a current struggle. Appointment made for gel pedi and dip mani, was there 2 hours and hadn’t even had my nails started due to taking too many walk ins. All the staff work very hard to service all clients scheduled and walk ins but you can feel when they are over booked, clients aren’t happy, and staff are stressed. Hopefully this review will only make your business stronger and more successful!
I love going here so hopefully next time this can be a 5⭐️ review!

Went in and had my nails done last night. They did a very good job. I was very satisfied until I got halfway home and realized that the little gems that they put on my fingers had already started to fall off. I paid $75 after being quoted $55 but that’s not the point the point is is they did not stay on.

Painful and uncomfortable experience. The nails look terrible and were not shaped even after I asked for them to be shaped. I'm so disappointed. I refuse to return and don't feel this was worth the $60 I paid.

$65 and this is what they look like. I had these done today and they look like they already have week old lifting. Product is either not fully on a nail or there’s overlapping product on my cuticle.
